One person doing all the work while others stay in the back. The cook was nice. I was the only customer in there at the time. That girl was working her tail off. The food was okay. Dirty drink machine and ladies room toilet was nasty. No paper towels. Who runs this place?

Ordered an apple pecan salad, received no dressing or pecans. Given the wrong sauces for the nuggets. The sweet teas were clear ....clear as in you could hold it up to a book and read the words on the page through the cups! No straws. Some fries were fresh, but one person got hard disgusting fries. I get this is fast food, but it was over $40 for this mess. You owe me drinks, an order of fries, and a salad that actually has all the components.

This Wendy’s is a complete waste of money. I ordered two sausage biscuits, a buttery chicken sandwich, and a sausage burrito. When I asked for the potato wedges for my chicken sandwich, the lady informed me that they were out and could make fries instead. I was okay with that. I placed my order and waited for 20 minutes, but when I finally got my food and cups, I was disappointed. They only had Diet Root Beer, Vanilla Root Beer, Tropical Diet Coke, and some flavorless Dr. Pepper. I decided not to get drinks.
When I took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold! The fries were stale and heavily salted. After all that, I decided to use the restroom, only to find out that there was no toilet paper, soap, and the water pressure was high. I will never return to this Wendy’s. Thanks, Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s location has to be the worst location in the south eastern United States of America, I work all over the southeast and like Wendys but my gosh. Every time I give this location of Wendy’s, a chance it always fails miserably. I know this review is gonna sound like a Karen review, but my gosh, someone has to say something. I know it’s 2025 but someone in management at this location needs to step up and clean house.

After leaving the hospital with my pregnant daughter we were hungry so we went to Wendy's sat in line with one truck in front of us for 10 minutes when we pulled up to order the lady said one minute please. Well like 15 minutes later there was about 3 vehicle pull off. They need to shut this place down or hire some people that can wait on more then 1 person at a time

New people hired and just wondering around and made me wait for my fries when they were up there the whole time while the rest of my family ate there food was on same order so I don’t get it the foods ok but the service is ridiculous also watched her give out like 20 ranch dips to one person and no spoons for the chili duh how do you eat chili like 8 employees I counted and not a one working more like two people doing all the work she was acting so odd was almost comical if you hire employees you must train them so they know how to stay on task you could tell they had no idea what they were doing or maybe they forgot they were at work
