Absolutely horrible . Very slow service ,quit talking to use at window couldn’t even use the right intercom . Had to go to window . All my food was cold when I got it . Didn’t give us a fork and tried to go get one and they saw us and wouldn’t come to window . Had to go to Arby’s for a damn fork . This place is horrible . Horrible service and horrible food . Will not be back whatsoever . Also gonna check my debit card as she had it forever and wouldn’t give a receipt very sus

Ate at Wendy's all over the country since the early 1980s. This has to be the worst one I have ever been to. VERY rude staff!! Incomplete order!! Nasty food!! Filthy kitchen area. Cooks vaping out the rear door, no gloves or hand washing. Needs to be shut down. Will go to Jacks or Hardees on our next visit!!

We were the only people in the drive thru. It took almost 10 minutes to get our food. The girl taking our order yawned throughout. The food was awful! We got no napkins and had to ask for some. The drive thru window was disgustingly filthy. A guy walked in to work after smoking a joint in the parking lot. This place is a joke. No wonder the McDonald's across the street was packed and there was no one at this place.

Sometimes you just need to respect the crowd.

I pulled up to the intersection. On the right was a McDonald’s with a crowded parking lot and long line at the drive thru.

Across the street was this Wendy’s. No line. No crowd.

Unfortunately, I chose the Wendy’s. I go in and they don’t acknowledge my existence. There’s no breakfast menu. Apparently, a woman who is a manager came around from the dining room and got the attention of her listless staff. He asked what I’d like, I replied that there’s no breakfast menu. He reaches up and spins around the menu boards. All this time, there was no one else in the dining area and no cars came thru the drive-thru.

I ordered, and a staff member began to assemble my breakfast burrito. I decided not to order anything else. I was handed my order by a guy that clearly would’ve preferred to be in a hospital than here at “work”.

I feel sorry for the managers and franchise owners that have to put up with lazy deadbeats like they have at this Wendy’s. But….CFA proves every day (but Sunday) that quick, efficient, friendly, well groomed, and courteous staff is a possibility.

Came in for a quick take out order biggie bags at 11:12am nobody in the drive thru. 6 single orders ahead of us and it's now 11:43am and my order is still not completed! Unbelievable, let's get it together.

This was my 2nd visit here since they opened. I should have known better. The burger had NO flavor...the fries were room temperature and no salt and had the consistency of cardboard. The food here is not good at all. After reading all the other negative reviews of this place, I'm wondering how they stay open.

Drive-Thru before they came to the mic was10 minutes. Could not get out of line two employees sitting in guest dining area not doing anything took forever to get food the owner has to be losing money

I wasn't happy when I spent over $20 for two SpongeBob Krabby Patty meals, and it was just thrown in a bag like any other combo. Could you at least put SpongeBob on the bag and make it two separate bags? Disappointed for my kiddos.

Every time we go here they mess up our order. This time we ordered a chicken sandwich meal and added bacon. They gave us a biggie bag, the little chicken sandwich and nuggets. When my husband went inside to get the correct food they just gave him a refund and walked off. Terrible customer service! DO NOT EAT HERE!

I only used the drive through. Only 1 lane was open. Not problem because they weren't busy. 2 ahead of me, but they were fast. They took a little more time because my order was different. The burger was fresh and tasted good.

Thos place is very unsanitary the drink machine and the floors or filthy none of the employees have on beard nets nor hair nets the back area were they're preparing food is beyond filthy this place needs to be closed down I took pictures to also report yall to the Alabama health department

Got there for breakfast. I showed up at 6:20AM. The restaurant is supposed to open at 6:30AM so I waited 10 minutes and went through the drive thru. After waiting several minutes at the drive thru speaker, I drove to the window. Reluctantly, someone came to the window and finally told me they would not be opening until at least 6:45AM. I decided they did not deserve my business and went to Hardee's.
