Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is the first time that I have eaten and Zaxby's in the year that actually still seasons their food the way they used to when they first opened. The chicken was seasoned and the french fries were seasoned. Went through drive-thru and service was super excellent and the lady was extremely nice. Did not try to rush you and they were busy but they got the food to us really quick and it was hot and fresh.

Did zaxbys in Andalusia hire the Wendy’s workers? Pictured is the 4 piece chicken finger plate with soggy fries (3rd time in 3 weeks for the extra soggy fries🙄) and the box that our chicken nibbler came in.🤣🤣🤣

Pay attention to the amount of Cole slaw, fries, and chicken in that 4 piece.

Very Good Chicken Sandwich! Excellent Salad.
I could have easily put a five star review but 22 minute wait is not worth it.

So good!!

Usually we choose places like Zaxby's for higher quality service and cleanliness. The Zaxby's in my area live up to this standard, but this location at River Fall did not. I made a mobile order to ensure the people with me had plenty of time to choose through the menu and hopefully ensure accuracy in our order. The issue was in the salads we ordered. They had a sauce not chosen in our order. Customer service went from ok to stern talking when we brought this issue up. They replaced one of these salads, but not the other. Not to upset my wife's grandmother I was forced to order another salad. I would avoid this Zaxby's if you're a Zaxby's regular. The bathrooms were in terrible condition, not a great stop to or from the beach.

Chicken wings were way over cooked and dry as the desert. Family of 4 with 2 being children cost over 70 dollars.

The salads are always super fresh, great options.

Food is always good but the staff is why we go back. Polite, friendly, and always happy to be around.

My boyfriend and I love Zaxbys and we were so excited to stop on our trip. Service was good and people were nice until we got our food. As soon as we bit into our chicken it smelt and tasted like metal. We cracked open each one of our chickens and the same thing. The fries, bread, and coleslaw were fine. But we were not able to each the chicken and wasted 8 pieces. When this was brought to the attention of the manager on shift, she just said okay. So I insisted that the machine it was cooked in should be looked at and again said okay, walking away afterwards. No compensation of any kind offered for the fact that the chicken was inedible. I recommend choosing a different location instead of this one since they don’t seem to care about their customers actually being able to eat the food paid for.
