We love Arby's. We had a coupon in the mail so we decided to use it and Wow the amount of food we received for such a low price especially these days was very surprising. It was hot, fresh and delicious đ The young gentleman at the windows who gave us our food was very polite and everything was in the bag neat and again HOT!! Thanks Arby's in Anniston!!

I would rate even lower than 1 star if I could, my mother works at this location & the manager Tan Hicks called her âwhite trashâ as she is a hardworking employee I am very very upset at this comment that was made to my own mother. Very disrespectful & a sorry excuse of a âmanagerâ to be able to talk about her employees in such a way to the other employees.

You just have remolded and replaced everything. On this Sunday when I went in to the new remodel store the floors were sticky and dirty. No ice on the drink bar and very little napkins. I used to in the restaurant business and I would have a fit if my restaurant was this way after major renovations

Sandwich bread was kind of cold and hard. The people were friendly and fast my order was correct meat was warm and good cheese was warm on beef and cheddars.
Kid-friendliness: Kid meals still under 5 dollars are around 5 dollars instead of 8 like at McDonaldâs and the food is better wish they had better toys so my kids wanted to eat there more often food and price are great but kids often get what they want when we eat out.

i've doordashed from this specific arby's about three times within the past two months, all of which containing the french dip sandwich (i was hoping it'd have a different outcome each time). all three times, the au jus has been forgotten and i've had to eat the sandwich room temp, and sad. THIS TIME i drove down to the arby's myself in person and asked for said au jus and received the most pitiful bowls of soup i've ever gotten in my life. not only was it barely a third full (TWO CUPS mind you, the equivalent of MAYBE one full cup), but i had to wait in the line for about 20 minutes because it seemed like there was only a single employee. do better, i wish doordash cared about this kinda thing more because i think a refund or some kind of reimbursement is needed because now my food is cold, and just like me, is sad.
