I'm usually very happy with Arby's but yesterday was a different story. I went there to pick up lunch the time was around 12. I left the drive thru and was nibbling on my curly fries realizing that the were cold. Surprised me because it was early in the day. Hopefully next time they will be hot.

I live in piedmont and this use to be my go to location. But tonight there was 2 employees ran to lock the doors to the lobby when there website says open till midnight. There was a customer inside if he was not a customer he was not in uniform. So this location has lost my business and I will tell everyone cause best advertising is word of mouth...

This was the best experience I have ever had at Arby's! The food was hot and super fresh! The staff were great and accommodating! I rang their bell to acknowledge a great experience!
Staff were appalling! Absolutely ZERO acknowledgement on arrival. One girl actually laying on the drive thru countertop on her cell phone. Completely ignored me. Two staff members out in the lobby carrying on very loudly, cursing and complaining about a prior customer. Ordered fish sandwich with NO tartar sauce because I am highly allergic to mayonnaise. Lady made with tartar sauce then wiped it off and tried to cover it with cheese sauce. Had I not seen her do it and insisted it be remade, I would’ve had to use my Epi-pen and could have wound up in the hospital. Completely unacceptable! Absolute bottom of the barrel staff with absolutely ZERO interest in customer service. One of the worst locations I’ve ever had the misfortune to frequent. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!

The very, thinly cut meat was brown & dry; about half the amount as before. I took my sandwich back to the cashier, who called the Mgr. She told me, "It's fresh, it always looks that." It looked like it had been sitting open or under the heat lamp for a while. Won't be back. Wish I had thought to take a picture.

Always friendly, but they never get my order right. The last 2 times I ordered beef and cheddar and got plain roast beef. I really appreciate the speed and friendliness, just wish I could get some cheddar and an onion roll.

Well, since I had this door dashed, the atmosphere was the best part. 1st, how do you confuse a Mint milkshake (what was ordered) with a Basic Vanilla!!!?? Second, for the 2 drinks that were ordered, there wasn't a single straw. So thanks for not much people at Arby's...
