A butcher my order more than half the time last night they gave me a fish sandwich burnt to a crisp with a bun burnt and charred black and instead of tartar they loaded it with down with Mayo and that's not the first time they loaded it with mail we asked him to leave the pickles off they put the pickles on Good thing I'm just toothless and trying to gum the stuff and not say allergic this is a horrible place and when you ask them to write the wrong that they do day or night they demand some kind of proof that they did it and then refuse you well they closed down last night before I could complain by phone and they never gave me the receipt that I can tell just the bag which I didn't think to bring with me this is a horrible place I wouldn't recommend it

So the manager decided to pound his fist on the counter and I think he had numerous complaints from people before. Plus I reached out to corporate and I got no response. Customer service was terrible. Do NOT eat there if anyone sees anything
Can't get an order right !! The wrapper was marked correctly but the burger was definitely not what I ordered. Time before half of my order was left out of the bag!! Yall need new help!!!!!

The Black Lady Manager is amazing. Sorry to say that, but I don't know how else to describe her. She takes care of her customers, and she is on top of the employees. She gets your food right, like 1 restaurant out of 15 in Anniston.

They do a okay job here at this location when they actually have beef here, yeah that’s right, they was out of beef!! They was still open for business at “Burger” King with no beef!! How do you mess that up? Apparently the person who does the food order needs to give that job to someone else. I’ve gotten some very good food here but also some very bad but overall I’d say depending on who’s working I’d keep going here. They have always been friendly and any issues they’ve always made it right. By the way, the hamburgers are very small not to far away from a Krystal burger, far cry from the size of the burgers from the 80’s but looks like a lot of restaurants are headed that direction, smaller sizes and higher prices.
