Second visit in 1 week in which soda dispenser in lobby was flat. Asked young lady with long braids behind the counter if I could have a fresh one from their side of the counter that's bubbly. Employee told me I was wrong, that it is bubbly. Not going to argue about it. Completely avoidable, Management - do better... CO2 for a drink machine is about as basic as it gets.

This is the best Burger King is the best in the area. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars for food or service is because often our order is slow and isn't correct or hot. I will say they do a good job of making it right if they make a mistake though. Our kiddos love the massive play place. It has 7 slides and definitely lets them burn off some of that wild energy. It's definitely a great place to spend the afternoon.
The people at both drive through windows did not say a single word to me when taking my card and handing me my food. One of them was literally laughing to someone on the phone or inside and just shoved my food out the window and then closed it without saying anything…

Rude workers. I asked for a zesty sauce when I ordered my food, but Kala who was taking the order never put it on my order. So when I picked up my food the lady told me she was going to give it to me this time but make sure they get it right next time. I told her that I already told the lady I wanted one when I ordered, how else am I suppose to make sure she got my order right. She proceeded to get an attitude with me and shut the window in my face as I was talking. So next time I’m suppose to make sure they are doing their job correctly? What a joke.
