I took my granddaughter here for lunch, and had a great experience. She ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered the Alabama greens salad and turkey club sandwich. Then we had desert, the brownies and ice cream with pecans! We had great service too! They also bring complimentary Italian bread when you are seated. The prices are fair for the portion size you receive. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in downtown Anniston AL.

We have traveled to many Italian Restaurants to enjoy one of our favorites Lasagna . Have to say that Effina’s had one of the best so far! Our server Ceaira was an absolute delight! We’re looking foward to our next trip in and what else they have to offer.

The ambiance was casual. Very busy for early Sat.evening. our waitress was so kind and explained the menu and specials very well. Our meals of Shrimp Gambino and the Spaghetti with meatballs and a Greek salad was amazing! Our first time. Hefty portions and very delicious. Fine dining! The menu had several healthy choices. We will return!

We had white chicken chili and meatballs for apps, and we were SOLD. Then our Med pasta, rigatoni pasta, and med pizza came, and we loved every bite. We also ordered their in house bread pudding, which was unique and delicious. Our server, Sierra, was excellent at recommendations and her overall service was attentive, quick, friendly, and thoughtful. This was our first time here, but we will definitely be regulars from now on! The atmosphere isn’t as strongly rated because the outside front of the restaurant is not welcoming and the kitchen staff were carrying large scale food supplies through the dining room, which killed the illusion that all the food is made in house.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My server Cindy was the sweetest so it pains me to make this review. But Rose the bartender took over 30 minutes to make my cocktail and the drink tasted like just alcohol no mixer at all. And it upsets me because it was my friend’s 40th birthday party and we could have just ordered a shot. Rose chose to chitchat with other customers about nonsense instead of making our drinks. But Cindy was amazing!
