Very reasonably priced. And when you become a familiar face, they are super friendly.I didn't go with 5 stars for really one major reason. They only take cash. And that's all good and all, but I've got to go somewhere else every time and get cash to buy the ice cream. And the Dollar General and gas station nearby don't do cash back. So I've got to plan ahead for what is often a sort of impulse desire. So for that one reason, 4/5.The ice cream is great....
Harper's is amazing. It's a Mom & Pop Old Fashion Homemade Ice Cream shop run by a sweet older couple. They have DOZENS of wonderful flavors as well as a few breakfast, cookies, etc (& cakes/etc for holidays & pre-order). Their freezers are EXTREMELY COLD, too, so your ice cream WILL NOT be melted if you have a bit of a drive home. The one & only drawback of this place is that they are CASH ONLY!!!
