Food was good. The grits had right amount of butter for me. Order was right. I just hate them taking ur order away from the menu bcus what if I want to order something different today ? I can’t order what I want if u take my order before I see the menu. Idk who came up with this concept ?

I used drive thru. I had to wait a few minutes for hot, fresh chicken. They threw in two extra wings. That was unexpected. Very hospitable. I'll return soon.

Typical Jacks - fries were super fresh. Girl at the window didn’t greet me but did say thank you - she was all business- getting it done on a Friday night.
