Order a 2pc thighs and wing...the WING is what I wanted most. Got home after that SIMPLE order and got 2 THIGHS. CHECK YOU'RE ORSERS BEFORE LEAVING. I rarely eat out but was hungry after a doctors appointment. Yes, I'm pissed. And the top it off, the damn biscuit is hard as a brick!

Best Jack's we've been to in a while! The food was fresh, hot, AND greasy! Service was fantastic, and it took them less than 2 minutes to get our food out to us! Our food didn't taste microwaved! This is the way Jack's is supposed to be!

Wow 5 star experience, from walking in I see Red the manger leading with only a small crew held down the morning to afternoon switch Red keeping the atmosphere chipper and up beat for my whole stay plus Red taken away time to thank the birthday girl who came in to work was heart felt I pray Red receive a good smile and good laugh!

This morning I was at the Jack's in Goldensprings drive thru getting my breakfast to eat on my way to work in GA. I paid for meal recieved bag and beverage and left. Once i got to the welcome center on the AL/GA state line I stopped to eat my breakfast. I opened the bag and the food container only to discover that I did not receive what I paid for. So when I got back home today I called that store. I spoke with Brittney about what had happened. She was extremely courteous and polite. She listened to my complaint, and then advised me on how she would handle the matter. She went above and beyond to take care of and satisfy me as a customer. Of all the Jack's in Calhoun County this store is the best of all them in reference to cleanliness, food quality, employee attitutudes and service and speed of service. I would recommend this resteraunt location to anyone looking to eat out.
