Britney (manager) is always on top of things. No matter where she is at in the store (back, front, or drive-thru), she keeps an eye on the front counter and makes sure no one is waiting unnecessarily. I see it every time she is there, and things run more smoothly when she is working.

Demetrius was an absolute joy! He was so hospitable and attentive. The rest of the workers were doing their very best with what they had and I just really enjoyed this visit to Jacks.
Order a 2pc thighs and wing...the WING is what I wanted most. Got home after that SIMPLE order and got 2 THIGHS. CHECK YOU'RE ORSERS BEFORE LEAVING. I rarely eat out but was hungry after a doctors appointment. Yes, I'm pissed. And the top it off, the damn biscuit is hard as a brick!

Best Jack's we've been to in a while! The food was fresh, hot, AND greasy! Service was fantastic, and it took them less than 2 minutes to get our food out to us! Our food didn't taste microwaved! This is the way Jack's is supposed to be!
