I was at this location about 30 min ago. Ordered a strawberry and a vanilla shake at the drive thru. The wait time was awful the person in front of us drove off without their order and we were about to do the same.The car at the window should have been as to pull up. Then we get our shakes and after pulling off we realize both are only half full. It is ridicolous to serve someone shakes half full. We want what we paid for.. we did not have time to go back. Jacks owes us another shake.

Had a Friendly experience, Mr Reggie was our cashier and attended us with generosity. Got all my food and I was the only one without a drink and he offered a water cup, in the past with Mr Reggie he has been more than a friendly person. We ordered around 7pm the box meal. She said there was a 20 minute wait for bone in chicken. She then said I could get the breasts that were left and she could give me chicken strips 3 to 1 breast. I agreed to that. When I got to the window she then told me they had no green beans. She seemed nervous so I didn't lose my temper as I have done some places before. She thanked me for being so understanding. The food was good but I really wanted green beans with my mashed potatoes and gravy.
