This place is getting to be pathetic. Been here 5 time's in the last month. Never have no chicken ready when you order. They tell you to 30 to 45 minute. Wait, lobby is trashed. Don't look like it been cleaned all day bathrooms are in need of cleaning

This will probably be my last visit at this location until they get better staff. I think the biggest issue is the staff. You should always have someone who is kind and friendly at your establishment, especially if they’re dealing with the public. The cashier was extremely rude to us no matter how courteous and kind we were to her. My husband told her to have a good day, and she still had such a nasty attitude. I feel like you shouldn’t have those kinds of employees. It drives away business by having rude cashiers & order takers who take their anger out on you. I understand that people may have a rough day or have personal issues going on, but please be nice to others. I understand people have rough days, but taking your anger out on others who are nothing but kind to you is just unacceptable.

Very disappointed in the quality of my meal. Very little meat and I left starving and went down the road to find something else to eat. Service was friendly and quick. It was also not the cleanest and needs a good deep cleaning.
had to wait 20 minutes for two sides just to go up there and they bumped my order and forgot it.

Very unprofessional the management must understand that they are hiring school kids some of which have never been employed before. I went in and there was a young man being reprimanded by a young woman I suppose she was in a management or leadership role. She spoke in a very condescending manner to him . I understand that training is important however it should not have been done in the presence of customers. I wonder if upper management has figured out that is why there is such a high rate of employee turnover in this particular store not to mention the poor customer service.

Got there at right around 5 today not a single sole inside the restaurant stood at the counter for 10 min waiting to he helped finally get helped ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and some of those new apple pie bites the chicken sandwich was horrible it was hard as a rock like it been sitting out for couple hours fries were old also apple pie bites were ok needless to say I will not be going back and for those of u reading this don't waste your time or money popeyes is right across the street and has this place WHOOPED hands down

Ordered online Got the Bar B Q wings and got charger for the ranch because they had sauce on them my husband got 3 finger Snack Which asked what kind of sauce (I guessing because they are dry) got nothing and even ask after paying for mind if the other sauce was in the bag reply was O yeah it's there
