My aunt and I were in the driver thru line for almost an hour, we got our food and only received 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10. All chicken is dry and not the best quality. Staff acted like they didn't care. Sad it used not be this bad.

I really wasn’t going to make this post….. Until I opened my bag of food 🤦🏻♀️ let me explain. I orders my food on the app because alreadyI knew there was going to be a wait time. I go to the drive threw to pick up my food and I’m pulled around to wait in line ol dude at the window said “crispy just came up it’ll be right out” cool I’ll wait whatever i know how it can be. 15 mins goes by and 2 cars in front of me drive off with their food. I go inside apparently they missed my order and I needed to wait ANOTHER 10 mins MIND YOU I PLACES MY ORDER AN HOUR ANS A HALF AGO. Idk if it was the manager I was speaking to or what but he was quite rude I didn’t care enough to get the name cause I wasn’t going to make this but shit I should have. Now to the food yall this chicken is uncalled for no one wants this shit?!?! Just look at the pictures. Needless to say I will no be back at this facility ever. Not worth the TIME or MONEY.

There is a guy who works there (tonight is July 2) my daughter that is 8 orders her food so particularly and he remembered her order and is always so kind. Wish I would’ve caught his name but he is always so friendly and gets everything right the first time. Had a horrible experience at the hwy 78 location ten minutes before and went to the Anniston location instead. Lesson learned. Will ALWAYS go to Anniston location over Oxford. And kudos to the man working tonight on his customer service and kindness 😊

This place is getting to be pathetic. Been here 5 time's in the last month. Never have no chicken ready when you order. They tell you to 30 to 45 minute. Wait, lobby is trashed. Don't look like it been cleaned all day bathrooms are in need of cleaning

This will probably be my last visit at this location until they get better staff. I think the biggest issue is the staff. You should always have someone who is kind and friendly at your establishment, especially if they’re dealing with the public. The cashier was extremely rude to us no matter how courteous and kind we were to her. My husband told her to have a good day, and she still had such a nasty attitude. I feel like you shouldn’t have those kinds of employees. It drives away business by having rude cashiers & order takers who take their anger out on you. I understand that people may have a rough day or have personal issues going on, but please be nice to others. I understand people have rough days, but taking your anger out on others who are nothing but kind to you is just unacceptable.
