I use to love Krystal burgers but I guess it's all going downhill. This one has a sign saying under new management but half the items on the order board doesn't have costs. I ordered 6 regular Krystal burgers and paid 10 dollars and some change but was never given a receipt. Pulled over to wait due to burgers cooking. They came out soggy and one had some weird hard stuff on it. Don't think I'll come back here either. I thought the window worker was nice though.

Don't waste your time with this location. It's now 2:25pm and we ordered at 1:44pm. Still haven't recieved our food and tried knocking on the door now trying to go back through the drive thru. Most ridiculous fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life. I'll never come back and strongly suggest no one else come either. Over 30 mins for this??? Insane

I’m quite irritated right now because I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before having to leave to get there to get my son in time after school. When I got there 3 people mosey’s they’re way over from the side building in no hurry and asked me to wait. After about 5 minutes I said “hello” and they asked me to wait again because it was “shift change” I asked how long it would be because I was in a hurry to get my son in time. She says 1-2 minutes then proceeds to walk back to side building to get her drink and then back. After almost 5 more minutes, myself and the people behind me just left. I don’t know what could possibly take over 10 minutes for “shift change” at a fast food restaurant but I’m quite ill because now I have no lunch and don’t have time to stop somewhere else. GET IT TOGETHER!

Horrible service took over 30 minutes just to get my food and when I did it was made wrong and cold. Tried to go back to have it fixed waited 10 minutes at the window and just left. Shitty food and shitty service

The food was awful. That place should be shut down. I spent $12 on what could possibly be the worst food I have ever had. My burger was cold and had so much mustard when I picked it up it got everywhere int car. The bread was hard, fries was old. It was AWFUL!

Absolutely worst Krystal i have ever been. Ordered spicy chik and it was hard and cold. Chili had a crust on top of it as if it were sitting out for hours and cheese wasn't even melted. The Krystal were cold. Not to mention the price was not what was advertised on menu. This location is less than 2 miles from my house but if I ever want a Krystal again I will drive 50 miles to the next one to avoid ever going back to that location. Service was rude too.
