If I could give this place zero stars I would I sent in a DoorDash around 5:50 well by 5:55 my dasher is their where he sits the for a hour waiting on them to make my food simply one pizza and one bread that’s it I call and call and call and can not get a hold of anyone the dasher said they were rude to him when he asked how much longer when I contacted them and when I finally got in contact with some lady she could barely understand me cause she barely spoke any English then when she finally understood me she said let me get you a manager and then hung up on me this is not the first time I have had problems with this place but it’s the last I will never order from here again.

Received pizza, it wasn't completely done, ingredients were running, couldn't pick up pieces it was so under cooked, had to put it my oven for 35mins to get it eatable. Door dash order was delivered as told. Didn't take photos.

To the store manager! When a dasher comes in and asks for the restroom and told No, state that there is a policy in place for everyone. Just because my friend was a white male, he shouldn’t have been refused when you have a minority female come in and you tell her yes right in front of him. There was a clear bias against white males and you insulted my friend. The only reason I say nothing else is because our personal pizza was hot, but I will refuse any dash to that location or ever coming in without a direct apology from your employee. And I will have a lot to say to the customers I come into contact with. This occurred Saturday, Aug 2 630pm. What does discrimination only apply to a certain ethnicity, NO! Lawsuit could be an option!

The Service as far as the Manager is horrible. Asked to speak to him and he sent all his employees to deal with me when I asked to speak to him. The employee in the drive up windows was kind but girl who brought out pizza must have been in a foul mood as she was rude and unpleasant. I will drive to next town over to go to other Little Ceasars. Pizza was done wrong first time and when I called to advise I was coming back manager was just unpleasant and didn't believe I was in my way back to get it fixed. Just overall bad experience.

Ordered the viral Italian cheesy bread with additional toppings. It was basically bread and barely any cheese. They also got my order wrong. I ordered pepperoni and sausage and they only put sausage. Ordered an additional cheese pizza and it was basically bread. Have had terrible experiences with this place since it opened. The staff is extremely young and unprofessional. Would prefer to order from Anniston and make that drive than order from this location even tho it is closer for me.

The food was really good!! My food was made hot and fresh so i had to wait may 10-12min but i didnt mind. I order the chesse bread and added extra chesse, pepperonis and Italian sausages. I also got 3 dipping sauces on the side. Buffalo Ranch, jalapeno cheese, and classic marinara!! Each was fire 🔥(that mean good lol) The outside of the building could use a little bit of a face lift. However, if im rating the food!! 5 stars all day!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Ill come back just for my exact order. FYI the little Caesars in Oxford had a 2.9 rating😱 so i drove to the Anniston location.

Zero stars this is twice now we have ordered for our family and half the order has been missing. You can't even get anyone to answer an actual phone to fix the issue either. It's ridiculous. 60$ order and all you get is 2 pizzas
