Wheelchair accessibility: Im n a wheelchair and since they opened in anniston I have never been able to get inside there store it doesn't have any ramp into the door every time I go i have to take someone with me to order or pick up my pizza they see me having to sit outside and wait they haven't done anything in the 9 years I have been going there guess they don't want wheelchair business
The night manager is steeling food, I thought you would want to know, how do I submit the videos?

I showed up in drive thru and waiting for several minutes while the first 3 cars got to order their food, but when I got to the window I was told "we are closed" even though they served the vehicle in front of me after 10pm . We were in the line 10 minutes before closing and were turned away after they served another customer after the 10pm closing time. Very upset after waiting all that time to be told they closed when we got to the window!!!

Managment refused to give refund for RAW pizza, pizza that shouldn't have been sold, and a worker took my debit card behind the wall where im sure she took a picture of my card details. Lawsuit incoming if shit isn't fixed

When you special order how you want your pizza done I feel like the person is putting their hands over their ears and not listening. When you're ordering well done extra dark and crispy. It should be well done extra dark and not under cooked
Parking: Parking needs to be fixed as well as drive-thru. On busy days you could be parked in the middle of the street when you're at the drive-thru. Dangerous situation.
