The food was okay. Can't say it was good. The chips look like they've been rewarmed even burnt. The pizza look like it was a frozen Red Baron pizza they look like this been dropped an undercooked. Food on the floor under our table. Not sure what the bathrooms look like because I didn't want to even go. Not one welcoming from any other two waitresses that served us. My taco salad look more like a half empty bowl. Overall no not my place. On the positive side the outside murals we're absolutely beautiful.

Only giving 1 star because I have to, this place deserves ZERO stars. First & last time eating here & I will never recommend this location to anyone. I called in an order to pick up. My husband gets home & all the food was wrong plus missing 1 plate. He goes back & when he opens his food at home it’s still wrong. We aren’t wasting gas or energy for a 3rd trip to correct the food. Terrible first impression!

Door dashed food and asked for it certain way when I got my chicken nachos they were all together when I specialfically asked for them to be separated so the nachos were not soggy by time I got them delivered to me and when I called and said something all I got was sorry the kitchen staff only speaks Spanish and nobody speaking English was there to translate it and I said where was you I know you didn’t just show up and she says no she didn’t she been there when I asked what they planned to do to fix it they tell me there is nothing they could do cause it was ordered through door dash and door dash had already paid them for the order so I had to deal with it and next time I was welcome to call after I placed an order and make the same request I told her next time I order it won’t be from there since they want to be this way and plus my taco salad was covered in guacamole and tasted like crap very gross won’t ever order from them ever again
I ordered deliver from this place , for one the quesadilla I ordered was beef, not chicken. There’s no option for chicken on the app, so I didn’t know, and the guy who answered the phone told me “well I’ll have to tell the owner to fix that.” Instead of trying to make it right.
So, I ate the quesadilla and my husband ate his fajita bowl. We both have been having terrible diarrhea and throwing up. I tell the guy on the phone he says “well the owner told me to tell anyone that this happened to , to go to the dr and get something stating I got food poisoning from this place .” Uhm ok let me get a high hospital bill bc your food is trash.
This is our first, and last time ordering from this los arcos, sorry but the customer is ALWAYS right and since you couldn’t fix YOUR mistakes I will not be back, and I will not recommend this los arcos to anyone in the area unless you want screaming diarrhea and throw up.
