Door dashed food and asked for it certain way when I got my chicken nachos they were all together when I specialfically asked for them to be separated so the nachos were not soggy by time I got them delivered to me and when I called and said something all I got was sorry the kitchen staff only speaks Spanish and nobody speaking English was there to translate it and I said where was you I know you didn’t just show up and she says no she didn’t she been there when I asked what they planned to do to fix it they tell me there is nothing they could do cause it was ordered through door dash and door dash had already paid them for the order so I had to deal with it and next time I was welcome to call after I placed an order and make the same request I told her next time I order it won’t be from there since they want to be this way and plus my taco salad was covered in guacamole and tasted like crap very gross won’t ever order from them ever again

I ordered deliver from this place , for one the quesadilla I ordered was beef, not chicken. There’s no option for chicken on the app, so I didn’t know, and the guy who answered the phone told me “well I’ll have to tell the owner to fix that.” Instead of trying to make it right.
So, I ate the quesadilla and my husband ate his fajita bowl. We both have been having terrible diarrhea and throwing up. I tell the guy on the phone he says “well the owner told me to tell anyone that this happened to , to go to the dr and get something stating I got food poisoning from this place .” Uhm ok let me get a high hospital bill bc your food is trash.
This is our first, and last time ordering from this los arcos, sorry but the customer is ALWAYS right and since you couldn’t fix YOUR mistakes I will not be back, and I will not recommend this los arcos to anyone in the area unless you want screaming diarrhea and throw up.

Usually its very good but today everything went wrong. It started when my wife asked that the Childrens meal for our 2 year old granddaughter be served on a to go box. It was but ALL of the 3 adult meals were also served in to go boxes. The salsa in the appetizer bowl was so watery it looked like tomato soup, no substance to it, My wife's chimichanga was cooked but it was NOT deep fried like the menu stated. A very disappointing meal.

It’s always been our go too. But here recently it’s fallen off. Always get my kids cheese Quesadillas. Consistently coming out with cold unmelted cheese, got the FLAMING cheese and it came out quite as a mouse and again cheese was not melted. They were great for the most part about addressing the issues but I mean not to be harsh you’d think it’s common sense to MELT the cheese. But other than those consistent issues they have the best salsa hands down.

The chips were fresh and crispy. Salsa was good. My husband ordered Shrimp Frajitas. I could not believe my eyes when the plate came out. Nothing but tiny,rubbery over cooked shrimp and onions. Small portion for the price. After eating the Shrimp Frajitas at Mexico Lindo in Oxford,this was pitiful!!!!I ordered 3 Tamales,rice and a beef taco on the side. One taco was 2.99 and barely had any meat at all in it. The Tamales were good. Would have been better if they were HOT instead of barely warm. The rice was very good and moist.Service....well,the young man seemed more interested in talking to his friends who wrote listening to some kind of game( was EXTREMELY loud).We won't be going back.
