Absolutely stay away from this location. Multiple people outside begging for money. My bagel was hard as a rock on the bottom and didn’t have any sauce that comes on it. A problem every time here. The management needs to be retrained or fired for allowing this business to be ran this way. This is the closest location for us but we’ll drive to another location from now on.

Takes forever to get your food out, normally pulls you up for 30 mins even longer sometimes when putting in mobile orders same thing. Most of the staff is rude.

I ordered my food on the app so that I could grab my fresh, hot food in a hurry on my lunch break as I work in healthcare and time is limited. I had two extremely rude workers who told me to go park and they'd bring it right out, but after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes, I walked inside to check on my food. The one worker asked, "What do YOU want?" in which I told her that I was still waiting for my order from 30+ minutes earlier. When she finally figured out where my order was, she shoved it at me without an apology or explanation of why it took so long. I had ordered the $5 McChicken meal, and my food was cold and tasteless. I normally have good service at this location, and it's closer to my job, but today's service was horrible, and I don't know that I'll be back!

I had to wait a hour to get my food. There was only on cook an one server an there was like 20 people inside an a line around the building! The server was working as hard as she could with no help! There should of been more workers there. No one should have to work that hard an have no help . They management needs to be fired an get it together an hire more people. And the lady working the drive Thur an front counter needs a raise .. and so does the cook..

The lady in the window 3:50 pm on December 12 2024 needs to be fired she was very rude to me and got my order wrong and cussing every other word she says then when I came inside because my order was wrong she starts saying I’m gonna get cussed out but I promise I’m not the one

Horrible service. All of the times we come here, the service is terrible. They upcharge us for things they don’t have and won’t tell you until the second window. Do yourself a favor and just go to Oxford because I was disappointed in the service. I asked for a lemonade, they didn’t have it, sprite, they didn’t have it. And they only had sweet tea. Drive through lady was very sassy and the food isn’t even that good…

Had a mobile order and asked for a drink carrier due to having 3 combo meals with drinks. Waited 10 minutes and after repeated other mobile orders being filled I just left hoping the drinks wouldn't spill on floor

McDonald’s is losing Money by forcing Customers to order on a Kiosk. Even when paying with a Card, it takes much longer than having a Cashier ring you up. I personally seen several people walk out when turned away at the Counter. Jack’s, BK and Arby’s are all within seeing distance and that’s where the Customers are going. It took me over 20 mins to get one cup of Coffee. I guess this is the result of demand for higher wages.
