Every time my crew and I come to eat here for lunch during our graveyard shift this store is closed for some reason. This has happened over 5 times in the last 3 weeks. Saying your a 24 hr store but being closed at 2 multiple times throughout these last few weeks seems like it’s false advertisement. I bring anywhere from 2-5 people each time and we all look forward to having McDonalds but I don’t think we’ll be coming here anymore for our lunch and find a new place that’s actually 24h

Our food had hair in it and the manager Kim said of course it does in a smart reply. She then said I would have to find another manager to help me. She was sitting down on her computer in the lobby. When I walked away she went right back to work. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Customer service here SUCKS PERIOD!! Waited over 5 minutes for someone to EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME STANDING THERE!! Waited over 15 minutes for a freaking mobile order. Whats the point in having a mobile order system and you don’t have food prepared in a proper amount of time! Workers are also in there on their phones instead of greeting customers and taking orders!! Sad and lazy age we’re living in!!!! Only use this Mcdonalds because it’s right by my job but ill drive the extra mile to go to a different because it’s always the same old crap here!!!!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!

Good food. Excellent lady helping you out front but why don’t you put napkins. Catsup salt where we can get them ourselves? Weird setup and we have to wait on her running around all those people to get it. She’s excellent but your theory doesn’t make sense.
