So I got braces(woohoođ). Papa johns dough is typically softer than dominos (i have a preference for original crusts). The small pizza i ordered today was over proofed, meaning when baked, it fell flat. Very dissatisfied. I worked at papa John's for 6 years before so am aware of how some things go. Really upset. I love pizza.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered, they said 30-35 minutes. An hour later I called to see why the food hadnât arrived, I was told it had been delivered. Nope. I was told it would be an hour for the remade pizza to arrive and that the girl said she left it on the porch. Nope. I ask for a refund. I go back out to go buy food and thereâs a cold pizza at the end of the driveway. Laziness? Retardation? Maybe both. Never again.

Durning the day when you order the staff is great..... at night it's always we are not taking any orders because of this or that when you call..... but you can order through doordash and all of a sudden they will take my money . Tell me how that works.... when they use doordash when you call in the day. Maybe they should ask Shelby bc she always gets things done she is amazing !!! She needs to teach yall something!!

I havenât had Papa Johnâs in awhile but I feel like they have definitely downgraded. The pizza was good, but I donât think there was enough sauce and the medium pizza is rather small for the price I paid for two. It looks like they rushed trying to make it. Donât think I will be ordering here again. Do better Papa Johnâs.âšď¸

So ordered a new yoork style pizza with Canadian bacon. When it arrives it has regular bacon. When I called they did offer a remake or refund but the attitude was bad.

The delivery driver was friendly and the pizza was good but the traditional garlic parmesan wings gave me food poisoning. I won't be ordering chicken from them again!
So I ordered my three pizza's from papa John's. They all were received in a timely manner. After close inspection, one of my pizza's didn't have adequate amount of cheese. I didn't order extra cheese but it was obvious that a few spots didn't have cheese. This is the second time this happened. The first time, the manager gave me a refund. I called the store and the manager who inspected my pizza said it was fine. I have a photo of one the slices and you can clearly see that it's not cheese where it needs to be. My children got to the other half before I could get the full picture. I have contact Papa John's corporate and submitted a case for a refund. I would ask your employees to please try and pay attention and do your job to best of your ability. Stop being lazy.
