Three trips and still can’t a pizza right. First time I get home and the pizza is drowning in sauce when I ordered LIGHT SAUCE. they offer another pizza I go pick up get home and open it. Pizza is the WRONG pizza. Not even close to what I ordered. I call back and explain they offer refund or to get another pizza. So I go back a THIRD TIME. And open the pizza in front of them. EVEN MORE SAUCE THAN THE FIRST TIME. “That’s still too much sauce?” HOW HARD IS LIGHT SAUCE TO UNDERSTAND? Just give me a refund at this point. If this picture is light sauce what is normal? Dumping the bucket on it…..?

Trash. I got my delivery AFTER I directed them to the right house, twice. Half my chicken bites where not in the box. The pizza cust was so hard it was crumbling like britter glass. This place hasn't got a order right or good in months. just going straight down hill fast. Also the online app is a damn joke. Glitches like crazy, and just designed like somebody made it with dyslexia

Anniston needs to take many tips from Jacksonville Pa Pa John’s location. After far too many bad experiences at this location with orders being wrong, to poor quality, to terrible service I am firmly switching to going all the way to Jacksonville or Oxford from now on even though it’s a longer trip. Less Pa Pa John purchases but oh well. Anniston location should’ve been fixed a long time ago.

So I got braces(woohoo🙄). Papa johns dough is typically softer than dominos (i have a preference for original crusts). The small pizza i ordered today was over proofed, meaning when baked, it fell flat. Very dissatisfied. I worked at papa John's for 6 years before so am aware of how some things go. Really upset. I love pizza.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered, they said 30-35 minutes. An hour later I called to see why the food hadn’t arrived, I was told it had been delivered. Nope. I was told it would be an hour for the remade pizza to arrive and that the girl said she left it on the porch. Nope. I ask for a refund. I go back out to go buy food and there’s a cold pizza at the end of the driveway. Laziness? Retardation? Maybe both. Never again.

Durning the day when you order the staff is great..... at night it's always we are not taking any orders because of this or that when you call..... but you can order through doordash and all of a sudden they will take my money . Tell me how that works.... when they use doordash when you call in the day. Maybe they should ask Shelby bc she always gets things done she is amazing !!! She needs to teach yall something!!

I haven’t had Papa John’s in awhile but I feel like they have definitely downgraded. The pizza was good, but I don’t think there was enough sauce and the medium pizza is rather small for the price I paid for two. It looks like they rushed trying to make it. Don’t think I will be ordering here again. Do better Papa John’s.☹️
