This is my first and last time ordering from the Anniston Pizza Hut. I ordered a medium supreme pizza. The toppings looked like they were placed one by one ,so none were stacked. The meat portions were laughable. The marinara was non existent. When I called back the manager was rude and clueless. I just wanted what I paid for.

The food is half-azzed and so is the front counter guys ( hunters) listening skills despite this being my second time coming here. The sauce was definitely put at the bottom and shook.I have to wait another 10 minutes for them to get my order correct and it was still wrong.

This was a horrible experience. The manager, Jeremy, was very rude. We ordered a large pizza with our points and wings on the app. We never received a notification that it was received and no one knocked on the door. We waited over thirty minutes for our order and looked outside and the wings were gone, the pizza box was flipped over and the pizza was gone. We called the store and Jeremy proceeded to tell us they don't have to knock and the app wasn't their problem then said they would contact the general manager and then hung up on us. We waited forty minutes but no one called back so we called again. Jeremy talked to us again and told us we were liars and we could only come pick up the wings and never receive delivery ever again and refused to give us a refund. We never came to a conclusion and we will never order from there again. This was ridiculous and never should have happened. If there's something wrong with your app then it is YOUR responsibility to fix it. Period. If other restaurants with apps have to fix it even when the app screws up, SO DO YOU.
