This was the worst that I’ve ever had at the store. The food was not good and the lady at the drive through was not polite or friendly at all. I definitely won’t be going back to this location.

My husband and I drove 25 minutes to pick up some chicken. Ordered 2 4pc meals with sides. I should've checked each box because we got all the way back home and had 2 2pc meals. Paid over $35 for 4 pcs of chicken, 2 biscuits and the sides. They weren't even that busy. Total incompetence.

I went in this location earlier today
And they was about 7 to 8 employees and at least 3 was behind the counter, but as soon as I walked in they got busy even though they were nobody in the dining area. They did not acknowledge me not one time and wouldn't even look at me these went on for a few minutes . But then a lady walked in and they told her it would be a min . maybe she was door dash, but that being said they still acknowledge her.
And still not me....I KNOW WHAT IT WAS I WAS THE WRONG COLOR 😞😞

I won't go into a big spill about every, single thing that happened, but basically every, single time I went, they got my order wrong, it was over cooked, or cold, or the condiments requested was not put in the bag. I use to love Popeyes, but they could easily do better.

Food and service usually good here, 4 stars because of long lines and wait time. Best chicken sandwiches in area, in my opinion. (As long as they are fairly fresh) Mac and cheese is good also

I order online to be picked up at the Popeyes on Quintard Avenue in Annniston, Al. I did not received some of my food and had to go back to the store.

Love me some Popeyes! My favorite chicken. Nice people. Renovations going on, but still plenty of room inside.
