This was my first time coming here and I always passed by it but never stopped. One day I decided to give it a try. I had high hopes for this place but to my surprise I was highly disappointed. I ordered a Caramelicious iced coffee. There was no caramel on it or in it, and the flavor was not caramel . When i took my first drink, it was warm with only 4 cubes of ice. When something has the word caramel in it, I expect it to have a caramel flavor and or be loaded with caramel but unfortunately, this was not that. There were only two drops of caramel in it and that was on the whipped cream which I thought was a joke! Overall this did not meet my expectations. I paid around 6 for this but I guess I cant expect great Quality from a 6 cup of iced coffee. I probably would have got better Quality iced coffee from the grocery store for that price. Im so happy they are building a Starbucks a few miles away because I wont be returning customer. This was my first and last time.

This place has a sign that says we are now open at 5:00 a.m. I get in line sit at the drive-thru for 15 minutes nothing comes over the intercom. I pull around Park and a Truck comes up in the Drive-Thru they serve him and I come back around in the Drive-Thru and they tell me that they are not open until 5:30 but the sign says 5:00 a.m. y'all really need to do something about the service at this place used to be one of my favorite places to get coffee but now it's not

Our first time trying this place as it's not local to us. Unfortunately, neither my wife nor I liked our drinks. Way too sweet and too much cream, couldn't even taste the coffee or espresso. Decided once was enough for us. Won't be back.
Love that they offer decaf and sugar-free options. The pup cups are a huge hit with my pup.

IMHO, Best coffee place, hot or cold in town. Obviously, there are many more to choose from and they all have their specialty. Scooter's ice cream based coffees simply makes their flavors taste better.. again, IMHO. I know the staff is trained to engage with customers but the fact that they all cheerfully do it, simply makes the drive thru visit more pleasant. Although I will say, (other than Starbucks) I've never seen a grumpy coffee shop staff....of the many different franchises I have visited. Blended Mocha and Hazelnut is a favorite. They also have a completely sugar free caramel option, iced or blended!
