This is the third time yall haven’t gotten a single thing right on my order!! Asked for a medium chili cheese fry with onions and ranch. I was given a small plain chili cheese fry!! Can yall read!?! This is ridiculous and just awful! DO BETTER.

The only thing I can count on with this place is my food being wrong. I once sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes waiting for an order of mozzarella sticks just to find out they forgot about my order. It doesn't matter if I order 2 blasts or $60 worth of food I can always count on them messing it up. 👎👎

If I could of gave 0 stars I would. Sonic is one of my favorite fast foods restaurants. This particular sonic here had the worst customer service and food. I got 2 smashers I requested only mayo lettuce and extra onion. My burgers were covered in smasher sauce, and pickles on top of that my burgers were very burnt on the bottom. My mother in law ordered bacon cheese burger meal. She didn't have any bacon. On top of that we are literally the only people there. It took 25 minutes to get out order. If I hadn't used the mobile app, I would of left. But due to already paying for it, I waited. I will not be going back to sonic ever again!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 5 pretzels when the carhop came out she started they were out of cheese sauce. I asked why that wasn't stated when I ordered. She stated she didn't know. I asked her to ask the manager for a refund. The carhop went inside and stayed. I backed into a parking space where I could see in. The white manager and 2 black carhops were laughing about the situation. I told thr carhop that it was very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Do not go here. They do not inform you when there will be a delay or anything. I starved at work today because they took my order and never told me there system was messing up and didn't even start on my food before the system messed up. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NEVER RETURNING EVER!!!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO MCDONALD'S OR BURGER KING DOWN THE STREET!!!

Spent $57 and some change. Order was wrong. Left out fries and onions rings. Went back to get those only to realize the burgers were made wrong. I didn’t have the receipt and was busy 4th of July. So I called Saturday and the GM stated he couldn’t pull my receipt up since it was 24 hours past the purchase time. Was willing to try to remake my food “if” I still had the receipt. Food was disgusting anyways and just won’t go back.

Entire order wrong....again. Every time I come here my order is wrong. Will not return to this location.

Today I ordered a Jr. Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burrito but received bacon egg and cheese. Also ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito and when opened there was no sausage and only 2 tots in burrito. Barely anything in it. Didn't even include requested picante sauce or napkins. Won't be ordering from this location again. My order is always wrong at this location. Food was also cold and barely had cheese. Tossed my entire order in the trash. Wasn't worth going back.

I come here about 4 days a week to order lunch. Every time my order is correct. The workers are also aware the speakers are not working on some of the machines, so they walk up and take the order. Very pleased with the flavor and the customer service.

This makes two times now that I have went to this Sonic and I specifically ordered a medium mozzarella stick and some marinara sauce. I got the medium mozzarella sticks and all the way across town and realized no marinara. I might could see it if I didn't specifically ask for it but I did two times now they're cold and I'm having to go back for marinara

Never get anything right. Bacon burgers never have bacon on it. Order a burger no onions no ketchup I get a burger with a bunch of onions and no cheese. I can't remember the last time they got anything right. It's by my house and is convenient but if I want Sonic I go to the next closest one

Every single time I come here the person taking your order is always so rude- doubtful it’s the same person but geez no other Sonic around has employees that talk to customers like this one. I will just drive to the other side of town.
Today the lady bringing out food apologized for the order taker and said they get complaints on her all the time- hmmmmm
