This Sonic has really improved since my last review about a year ago. Food is great, service is the best I’ve seen at a Sonic, and the order is correct almost all of the time. Keep up whatever changed! Good job.

I keep trying to give this spot a chance but it's seems like it's getting worse don't know if the employees don't care or is management just stop caring but the night shift focus is off I get cold tots and fries my slush hardly had flavor and I'm not gonna start with the Burgers and Coney's can you please get the focus back..

Made me puke my guts out!! I ordered a cherry lime-aid. They gave me a weird sprite with strawberries it tasted very odd. I dont recomend going to this one!
Parking: The workers park in the parking lots so you cant park in those spots it takes up more space!!

I don’t come here often but when I do, I’m always pleased with the speed of service and friendliness of the staff. I also got the most delicious cold brew coffee ? The other locations in my area tend to make it bitter even when i add caramel and vanilla but this one was perfect.

The food was great. I love the Buffalo chicken bites and my sweet tea, easy ice. My wife loves her ice water with peach, mango, and extra strawberries. They have a new carhop, EllaMae, who makes an excellent sweet tea along with Lauren and 2 other girls. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff can't make a decent batch of sweet tea to save their lives.

I have came 2 different times with ordering 2 different things and the first time i ordered a chicken slinger with no pickle add cheese. I got it the regular way. so I went back to get it fixed and they gave it back to me but with the pickle taken off and added a slice of cheese and the bun was soggy and chicken was cold. this past time i just got a hot fudge sundae and I asked if I could get it without the cherry since it wouldn’t let me on the app. I got my sundae and all they did was take the cherry off because there was still cherry juice everywhere.. i’m sorry but when i order something a certain way I would like it made that way. not just taken off.

Now I completely understand inflation, but if I'm gonna palmost $5 for a burrito that has one sausage cut into 4 pieces, 2 pieces of bacand 2 and a 1/2 pieces of egg and only 3 tater tots."ultimate cheese and meat burrito " Nothing about this looks ultimate at all. Then on top of that, the orange slush ice cream thing that I received melted.Told the manager and they just said oh. Yeah, it looks like it's melted when they are handing it to me.. Sonic Drive-In Everyone feel free to share on how bad these fast food companies are screwing us over now with no remorseUpdate : sausage taste like French fries. Hmmmm sounds like it was rush cooked in a deep fryer. Oh wait that can cause food poisoning. Guess I'll see how I feel tomorrow. Stay away from sonic. They are cutting corners and now causing food poisoning!!!!
I'm not sure what has happened in the past year but I've never had issues with sonics til last September. Between this location and the Noble location we've been having issues with not only our orders but proportion sizes as well. Today I waited 25 minutes for my order to be ready (I even ordered ahead in the app) so an additional 10 minutes totaling 30 minutes? I understand there's a lot of new people which I can be considerate but when the manager/shift leader handed me an extremely melted slush and no reply when I said it was melted is a bit embarrassing for that store. This is how I recieved my drink and did not offer to fix it. I always give places a 3 strikes and you're out. So with this being the 3rd I won't be going to any sonic location near Anniston or Oxford. As for the rest of my meal due to how long it took, it was cold and wasteful. The groovy fries that are a dollar on the app now, I understand why they're a dollar because if they were more I would be disappointed because they're unedible and nothing but fried small crisps. I hope others have a better experience and best of luck but if you're looking for a quick place to stop and actually want to feel good about what you recieve and eat, I'd suggest somewhere else.

When you are in the mood for a grill cheese, Sonic is the place!
Not just this Sonic but all Sonics do not put enough butter on the outside of a grilled cheese sandwich. It's dry, hard to swallow & not flavorful. I even ordered the extra Butter & still get just dry toast on my grilled cheese sandwich. After today's visit at the Lenlock Sonic, I'm convinced that all Sonics do this. I've tried nearly all of them even out of town & it's the same. I won't ever order another grilled cheese sandwich from Sonic. I tipped well before eating.
