We love coming here. Service & food are usually excellent. Today was a major exception; order was placed through app at 11:55 to pick up at 12:01 (I live nearby) After waiting a short time the an order came that was not ours. This rocked for about another 10 minutes when we called for attention. Our order finally came at 12:34. I thought I might get a fresh order but instead got a “bag of food” that had obviously been passed around for 30+ minutes. Cheeseburger burger was squashed & cold. Two chicken wraps were cold. Ordered one diet cherry limeade and one regular that were mis-labeled. Also I would like to mention the facility needs attention. I hope this jewel in our neighborhood can return to the standard expected.

Waited an hour on a popcorn chicken meal. Later found out they lost the order and can potentially refund the purchase. Never was able to get the food I paid for.

Mostly the food as well the service is good and the staff their nice and polite Overall, Experience is good I just don’t understand why do some of the servers or from what I was told by someone “car hop” server people that bring out the food expect a tip. I will tip and I try to tip well if I’m going out for lunch or dinner and sitting down being served, I don’t know if they are preparing the food but I’m sure they have cooks for that because they only bring the order. I went to a sonic a couple days ago and I paid for my order and I was supposed to get change back and the young lady seem a bit bothered that I wanted my change which was almost $10 I told her yes ma’am I will like my change back, she then said “oh I will have to go and get your change”I thought they carried the money around their waist, I think for future reference, sonic should make it clear that customers are not obligated nor required to give the people bringing out the food tips. It is a courtesy and being polite but ONLY if someone is able to pay extra.

I waited 20mins for 2 Coney dogs. As I see five workers standing in the circle, laughing doing nothing. After 20 mins I waited for my food, it was cold and hard.

Visited this past Saturday and ordered via the Sonic App. Got a 3 piece and 5 piece chicken tender. After ordering ahead, and waiting nearly 15 minutes I received two 3 piece chicken tenders. Pressed the button to let the workers know of their mistake, and for them to come take a look. Instead I received an argument from whoever answered the button, saying they packed the bag themselves and it was correct. I offered for them to come take a look, as I had not even left the parking space, and again was met with an argument. They refused to come outside and take a look of correct their mistake.This is my local Sonic, and in the last year I feel like the quality of food and service has severely declined. I've been served tiny nuggets as "tenders", I've had a "large" fry that was half full more than once, and they absolutely have lost the ability to cook toast. You usually get a soggy piece of bread.Needless to say, after this last experience I will not be back until things improve.

Needless to say I have read all this reviews and am so very sorry to all you customers who have not been satisfied. I am an employee and the MANAGERS that are under the GM are horrible the store is out of wack. Needs new managers under the GM.
