THERE WAS ONE GUY BY THE NAME OF WILL. ME and my grandson came in our order got a little messed up I put the wrong veggie on a sandwich and my friend will and the other guy sprung into action got it fixed in one second.I was so impressed I bit into my sandwich when I got home ,pure dining pleasure

Went in the other night and talked to Ethan, he has great customer service and accomplishes what’s asked, came back the next day and got a sandwich he mentioned to me and he even remembered me, great guy, great service, great sandwich.

Only real complaint is that we order through the app..my wife orders the pizza sub but has to have it without marinara, which we have put in the special instructions numerous times (even attempting to give a higher tip occasionally to see if they'll follow the instructions) and she ends up with puddles of marinara on it anyways. If they were busy , it would be understandable, but I've never seen anyone in even the parking lot while picking the food up.

Rude employees. Talked bad about their having to make online sandwiches at 9:30AM. Fussed about people waking up at 8:30AM wanting Subway. Threatened to lock the door in order to stop customers from coming in while they made the online sandwiches. Extremely slow service. 9/18/24 9:30

Rude employees, didn't toast bread as requested, salted sandwich to the point it was inedible, didn't know how to use digital coupon, refused to make me a churro stating they didn't have time. Paid 18$ for a terrible sandwich and watered down tea. No napkins in the building. Nice.
