I get 1 mild sauce with 3 tacos and was told I have to back through the the drive thru to get any sauce. That’s messed up when you have a line up at the drive thru …. Think about that at 11:00 pm

I went through the drive through and my food was right on the screen but was not made right. I went inside to get it fixed. The lady was very nice and told the cooks/ manager what was wrong they of course were not happy. They had to ask the lady multiple times what was the order before I finally got my food. I thought it was right drove home and nope it was completely wrong this time. I call and explain I can’t come back I have my kids. The manager I’m assuming takes the phone and is talking over me telling me I’m wrong he did what I asked. Which is not correct, but my mom has to take the phone hearing how he is talking me and she trying to get a word in. Golf course he is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. So we just will not go back to Anniston Taco Bell.

Ordered a bean and rice burrito grilled and a cup of ice. Drive thru said they got me, grilled. Had to specifically ask for a straw and then when I go to eat the burrito later it wasn't even grilled. I get some orders are complicated and we are all human but this is just laziness

My food i ordered didn't have that Mexican favor Taco Bell is famous for i dined in and the employees got the orders confused and it was the waiting time about straightening out the orders for people waiting on their food inside this taco bell
The order was called in so it was supposed to be ready when I got there but I had to wait another 20 minutes and still never got the order so I just left. They knew I was there for it and they just kept getting all the drive-thru orders and never got mine. I won't go back

This location was understaffed during lunch. The guy that was making the food was also working the counter. 3 people during lunch is inadequate. But under the circumstance, he did a great job.

I live in Gadsden, was shopping around and decided to have Taco Bell. I’m not sure what this location does differently, but it was the absolute BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my 27 years of living. Wayyy better than ANY Etowah County location. Great service, and greatly made food. Thank you!

First off, your staff is awful. They seem like a miserable bunch that hate each other and working there. Also, they can't prepare food properly at all. Every time I have come here, it's an awful eating experience. When I pay $5 for a burrito, I don't expect to pull out a mini taquito, yet every time there's barely any ingredients inside and mostly just the tortilla wrap folded up. I really hope so eone actually reads this, and maybe you need to be reported to some corporate office. 1 star is too many!
