Not only was my order wrong when I called to tell someone the lady was rude as heck about it and was no help at all. Then door dash only gave a 2$ refund? Like it’s really ridiculous! The lady said to report my item as missing?? Like how about you do your job and make it properly the first time. As someone who has a job in fast food this place is unbelievably unacceptable. Oh yeah not to mention my order in question had bits of lettuce and tomato when it doesn’t require any at all!!!
Man I aint ever had a steak quesadilla that was that good. The lady at the window(at 11/26 at 11:45 am) with the purple lip stock was a baddie too 🤙

I ordered online and got there about 20 minutes later to pick up my food. I waited in line for almost one hour before having to leave without it.

Last 3 times here now my food has been so bad it wasn’t fit to eat. The last to visits I had zero meat on any of my tacos and that is no exaggeration and so tonight I let the employee who took my order know this and I the manager takes over the call and yells at me telling me that if I want extra meat I need to order it or I’ll get what comes on it. His name is Rob and he has no business working in a public place. My girlfriend witnessed the entire conversation. I would give zero stars if I could. He does not need to be employed by Taco Bell. He made Taco Bell look completely like they don’t care about there customers because he definitely didn’t. What an embarrassment. No tomatoes on my Mexican pizza after all of that my food still wasn’t right. When do I go to Taco Bell and get what we paid for. We deserve better service than this. We all do!

Manager is super friendly and helpful but kitchen crew doesnt know how to follow instructions. Its like they completelt IGNORE any customizations. If Im paying over $8 for One Burrito i expect it to atleast be made the way i asked. They never ever get my order right
