I always go inside because I hate the drive through. I walked up to the kiosk because these restaurants don't hire qualified help anymore so I would rather deal with a computer than an idiot, turns out I had to deal with an idiot anyway. I ordered our food which was simple and straightforward taco bell food with strawberry lemonade freezes for our drinks, the girl behind the counter basically whispered that they were out of them, so because taco bell is a Pepsi restaurant, they didn't have anything to get instead, I told the girl to give me a refund. She didn't know how to do it so she had to find the manager or the head idiot to give me a refund. She was out in her car instead of watching the rest of the idiots behind the counter. When I got home, I unpacked the bag I found that my crunchwrap Supreme was basically a flour tortilla shaped like a stop sign. Not just one but two of them made the same way with nothing inside of the tortilla. I will never return to that location, I will drive to oxford or Jacksonville, but not macclellon.
Food overall is good depending on the crew assembling the food, the cinnamon twists getting better, chips and cheese sauce sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you don't..

It took 10 minutes to get my food and it was cold when I got it. It wasn't busy at the time there was only 4 other people here. I will not be coming back to this location.

The staff is super polite which is refreshing, however with no exaggeration at least half of my orders have some significant mistake. I order the same thing every time without fail. Soft tacos, no lettuce, fire sauce. Maybe i’ll add something for someone else sometimes but almost never.Sometimes I don’t get all my tacos, sometimes no sauce (especially when I door dash), and sometimes I get lettuce on the food anyways. I just don’t know where in the process you guys are failing, because it’s absurd. Many fast food places have the same issue but it astounds me that simple tasks like these get so messed up so often. I get that mistakes happen but it’s like half of the time. I can’t imagine most people are that careless so what exactly goes wrong between the staff communicating to each other and filling an order?

My husband and I went here for lunch because it is way more generous with it's portions than our local Taco Bell. However, there was a big change from the last time we were there (just a couple weeks ago).There was no person to take our order. Only kiosks. What I wanted was not listed on the kiosk so we left. As much as we liked this new restaurant, we won't be back because of the kiosks. (I had ordered an award on the mobile app so I picked it up)That's why I gave 'service' one star. If I could give it zero, I would.

Im currently homeless and walk everywhere at the moment due to my vehicle ...along with my home and everything else...getting destroyed by a tornado a while back. This particular restraunt is rude af on night shift. When I try and walk through the drive thru before i can even say a word they literally look at me and say, "no. get out of here. you can't walk through the drive thru." yet they will not take my order inside either. And yes I have cash in hand to pay for it 9/10. This is a regular occurance for myself along with at least 6 others.

Rudest so called management will argue about an order being wrong!! She also likes raising her voice at customers. Got mad at me and obviously took it out on my order,got home and two of the tacos didn't have meat. I will pay more and go to los arcos next time. Goodbye taco hell!!!!!
