I have eaten here since they first opened on Noble St. and several times since then. I'm sorry to say that the decline has happened slowly, but it has happened. Customer service is practically non-existent anymore and you are asked to get your own drinks and wrote your order on an order pad. There has always been somewhat of a wait, but it used to be worth it. We were asked several times if we were ready to pay and we had only received our appetizer. When the food did arrive, after watching numerous to go orders leave an otherwise empty restaurant, it was dismal. The Tom Kai soup had no coconut milk and barely any flavor of lemon grass. It looked like a totally different soup and it's not my first rodeo with Thai food. The Pad Thai was okay, but I've had better and the heat level I asked for (5 out of 5) was a slim 1 to 0. My wife asked if she could have clear noodles instead of rice noodles with her dish, which they agreed to, but was served egg noodle with beef and broccoli that had a flavorless brown sauce on it. I'm afraid to say I will no longer find my Thai food locally in my hometown. I'd rather drive an hour and be served the traditional Thai tastes I have grown to love from a restaurant that still cares.

1st time there from Huntsville, Alabama and had a great meal. Ordered the teriyaki corean BBQ with the mild flavor. I dont do a lot of hot and spicy food, but this had that right amount of heat you wanted more.Would recommend to go if your in town

Amazing food and atmosphere. Definitely planning to go back. We got the drunken noodles, pad thai and the sweet rice with custard. Can't wait go back!

Pad Thai is way better than Yume and the Satay was really addictive. Very generous portions also. The Massaman and green curries I got awhile back are pretty good, if a little too sweet. Really unique authentic desserts.

My favorite is the vegetarian tofu selection on the menu. Dont ask for the spicy version! Delish!

I spent a lot of time in Asia. They have recreated the Asia food experience. Waitress extremely helpful explaining special food items. Food was excellent. One complaint waitress would not serve glass of water to table. She stated that water was self-service. Why? I would recommend trying this restaurant.$$$

We used to love coming through on our visits to the Anniston area, but unfortunately I don’t think we will be anymore. The food is yummy, however, it is over priced. It’s $5 for 4 dumplings and the fried rice is $17 for a plate, add another $5 just for beef. It was $50 just for 2 of us to eat, that’s just too much for me!

Outstanding Thai Food in the heart of Alabama. I was passing through for work and stopped by this restaurant for a solo dinner. I ordered the seared Ahi Tuna appetizers and was pleased with its layers of different flavors from the seasoning and sauces. For a main I ordered the classic Pad Thai and it was amazingly fresh and soo hot it took 10 minutes to cool off enough to eat in the middle. The owner came out and struck up a conversation and he was a very welcoming person full of southern hospitality! Thank You tor a great experience. ?

First time and WILL NOT be the last. Absolutely authentic. Extremely helpful staff. All they lack is people to eat here.

No matter what I order at Thai One On, I know that it will be quality food. I have had a variety of their appetizers and enjoy the red curry, ginger sauté, and drunken noodles. Their service model is a bit different these days (you write down your order and take it to the counter, and pour your own fountain drink), but the taste and value of the meals is always exceptional.

When open, this is the best place to eat in town. We love the staff (owners) and the food has never disappointed us. Pad Thai, Basil or Pineapple rice...you can't go wrong.

Just left and wanted to let everyone know how this new “hot bar” works: It’s NOT A BUFFET!!! Don’t go in thinking you’re gonna be able to get your own food and you can go back multiple times. Nope, the price you see posted is for ONE plate. Employee is behind the hot bar making sure you get a few different choices but they are all portioned controlled. So if you are expecting a buffet style with all you can eat, go somewhere else cause you’ll be sorely disappointed. ALSO, I was informed that they are no longer allowing to go orders from their menu and no more sit down ordering from the menu either. Such a bummer because their food is really good. I doubt I’ll be back because of this disappointing change.

They charge for using a debit card! We ordered pad thai with chicken and our meal was 41 dollars! No appetizers or desserts. The pad thai sauce was too sweet and there was way too much of it. Kati Thai in Gadsden is soooo much better. Will not be back.
