Let me start off saying I’ve supported them even after the whole bandaid being found in food ordeal because things happen. We eat from here at least once every two weeks bc the kids love the shrimp bags. Well, yesterday I ordered through DoorDash and my total was $54 and some change. Once I received the confirmation that my order was ready I headed on to the store. When I got there it was 2 workers( an older white lady with ponytail and a black curly head girl sitting at the bar. The curly head was eating. Two other workers was sitting off to the side. After I stood to be waited on for maybe 5 minutes one of the younger white girls ask me what did I need. I explain I had a door dash order. She ask my name and told me it wasn’t ready. No big deal. I sat down and about 3 minutes later she came and ask me my name again and realized it was sitting on the shelf. I stood right at the counter and check my food bc I live 35 minutes away. I realized I was missing items. So I called for one of the workers( 2 on there phone sitting and the other 2 at the bar) they continue on with what they were doing and finally the one that was stuffing her face and licking her fingers looked over at me and starred. I ask her could someone help she stated well I’m looking at you am I not! I ignored her and told her I was missing items. The older white lady ask me what was missing and went to the back. I could hear her and I’m assuming the cook go back and forth. I requested that the curly head black girl( look like she was pregnant stomach was big) started ranting on bc I did not want her to check my bag before washing her hands. Mind u she was just eating. She got upset and ranted on and on. Well the white server came back up to the front and stated that the guy in the back knows he put everything in the bag and could she check it. I told her yes ma’am. Mind u the curly headed young mix looking black girl still ranting on. After realizing that I was mixing items the lady said she would REMAKE the items for me that I never got. At this time I’m frustrated. I politely ask for a refund for all the items. It might not be much but I will not be back. I understand the younger kids don’t have a care in the world, but things could have went differently. But I realized she just had no manners and don’t know any better. Crab barrack lost a customer!! Customer service should be better for the prices.

My friend went and got a crab special add extra legs He should have check before he left it has 2 cluster 2 pieces of sausage 2 potatoes size of fifty cent 1 corn taste like they jus drop in hot water it was not done they didn't say they did have eggs could have said not eggs he want be back and I want either
