Night I’ve decided to stop coming here, this place has become expensive and pretty high or miss when it come to the quality of the food. For example, I’ve had to return fish because it was rotten and fishy. Upon driving there to return my order, there was another lady there complain about her fish and returning it as well.

We drove 2 hours to have a family dinner. But they would not seat us because not all of our party has arrived. Really?!?!? They just opened and have plenty of empty tables. Just saying. What would it hurt to let us go on and let us get drinks and appetizers? They would make money on us.

First time visiting and I was very impressed!! The Cole slaw, pickled onions, and corn bread were so good! I was also very impressed with the fish. What made the meal super amazing was our amazing server, Shelby! She was very kind and helpful!

My husband and I have been here many times and it never disappoints! Today, we were greeted by server McKenna who was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious as always! We enjoyed the Riverboat Special and a big pot o’ spicy greens! You can’t beat the value either. $17.95 for a 1/2 lb of catfish filets, fries and hush puppies! And it’s plenty to share between 2 people! We highly recommend this mountain top gem!

Sat down and told waitress we were going to do appetizers. Bought a large pot of gr and me and a pot of beans. Boiled shrimp and a kids chicken tenders. After we started to dish up the Cole slaw and greens. She come back saying she had to I charge us for the coleslaw and cornbread. I told her where they could go and we got up and left.

So disappointed we got ribeye it had no flavor, seasoning and tasted like it was boiled!! Got a house salad which was in a to go container full but you get two ranches not even half full!!! When you pay 80 bucks for a meal and it’s awful and disappointed!! ?♀️

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and chose to dine at what was once our favorite restaurants. While the food was just as delicious as always, I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant’s “shrinkflation”. The Riverboat Special was priced at around $17.95; but, what used to be advertised as a pound of catfish fillet, was now advertised as “one-half pound”. Although the price was comparable, the quantity was a full 50% less. WOW!
The worst part was eating dinner; but, leaving the restaurant still hungry! Very disappointing.
