First and foremost, shout out to Vanessa, she was so friendly and helpful, she definitely is customer friendly and loves what she does!! Secondly, the food was delicious. A great grilled chicken sandwich, and wings. Very clean restaurant, through and through.

Zaxby’s is usually not my first choice to be honest, but tonight I was craving wings. I ordered hot honey mustard boneless wings and asked for well done fries. Well they delivered and the food hit the spot. The lady at the window was also friendly and pleasant.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken fingers were crazy good, and the sauce they serve with them was perfect. Our order came out super quick, we had just finished paying when they handed us our food at the window. Fast, tasty, and totally worth it!

Wings were cold, asked for light ice in one drink and received two drinks with no ice. Requested extra fry salt and got no salt on the fries. Asked for a side of slaw and received a sauce cup full instead of a side. Terrible experience and a waste of my good money.

I order the new quesadilla and it was supposed to be in grilled... But I got fried chicken and I ordered 2 chicken grill Patties and they don't put them in my bags.... I took everything back and they had an attitude with me and did not replace my order... Please do better ❤️

I love the Anniston Zaxby’s! The staff is always so friendly and makes the atmosphere! There is not a bad thing on the menu. The food is always delicious!
