As many times as we eat Zaxby’s, and keep giving them a try after bad service I’m just ready to give up. Tonight I ordered ahead, took me 35 almost 40 minutes to get through the drive thru and when I picked up my order it was cold. Went back and asked for them to just remake it hot. At first they looked at me like I was stupid. They then took my food back through the window, then they come back and I was basically told the district manager said they could not remake the food or refund my money because I wasn’t there to pick up my food on time. When in all actually, I was in the drive thru line in plenty of time for my order to be picked up and hot. It took 35 minutes just to get through their drive thru. That’s a problem on management… Emma was the manager on duty tonight and I feel terrible for her. She should not have to clean up other people’s messes but she is absolutely precious and deserves a raise. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue at this Zaxby’s. They should honestly be closed. Or under new management.

There's always such immature little kids working here last time the order taker was this young girl that was so high she couldn't stop laughing anytime anything came out of her mouth to the person in front of us and us too it was terrible they had no food ready had to settle for old nasty food. The chicken fingers are as long as a thumb it's truly a waste of money and the worst zaxbys ever. I don't know what kind of mange management let's their employees behave that way but they need to do a better job.

If you want all of your order, don’t choose this Zaxby’s. If it is a drink that you like, they won’t have it. Also, the lady taking your order will be rude when you ask what they do have. 10/10 don’t recommend this store.

My arm is broken and in a sling and the cashier was very helpful and carried my tray to my table when she didn't have to.

Haven’t been to this particular Zaxby’s in years. The place is always clean and I love a good Cola Freestyle machine, but I remember why I avoid this location when it’s not terribly inconvenient. They guard their fries like it’s the golden chalice. I ordered a 4 finger plate with double fries instead of coleslaw and went big on the meal (so extra extra fries) when I opened my to go box I had 1 little side container worth of fry. Hope this helps them meet their bottom line and remain profitable but as a frequent zaxbys eater throughout the years this location has lost a lot of my business with their unique method of fry distribution.
