Just got home with my food. I bought egg rolls and they were burnt.

I love the Anniston Zaxby’s! The staff is always so friendly and makes the atmosphere! There is not a bad thing on the menu. The food is always delicious!

Great service, food order accurate, went through the drive thru and they were extremely polite, curious and fast, I had a large order, 62.00 it was ready when I got to the window, i timed it, 1 minute 10 seconds from speaker to taking food into the car
That was an excellent in my book, the only thing about zaxbys is the prices could be as little better, but you do get what you pay for.

What a bad experience, I just got taken to this Zaxbys. I placed an order on DoorDash to pick it up myself, and the lobby was closed. I went through the drive-thru and they sent me to the lobby. I went twice, and in the end, they didn't deliver the food, but they did charge smd
I paid for something I didn't get I don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews and the city doesn't close it down

Very expensive and terrible service waited on my food for 45 minutes and once I got it it was totally different than you see on commercial. Also the lady there was very rude. we will not be back!
