Haven’t been to this particular Zaxby’s in years. The place is always clean and I love a good Cola Freestyle machine, but I remember why I avoid this location when it’s not terribly inconvenient. They guard their fries like it’s the golden chalice. I ordered a 4 finger plate with double fries instead of coleslaw and went big on the meal (so extra extra fries) when I opened my to go box I had 1 little side container worth of fry. Hope this helps them meet their bottom line and remain profitable but as a frequent zaxbys eater throughout the years this location has lost a lot of my business with their unique method of fry distribution.

As an uber eats driver I document problems that I had the evening before. I was in there 4 a pickup around3:30pm. I was totally ignored eventhough I was the only customer. Keep in mind holding a phone standing at counter ready to show verification. After ten minutes the store began to fill with customers. Lady came out startedtakinf orders. Another driver entered they immediately asked him who he was here to pick up for. I was shocked. Finally I say I'm here for uber eats.that food sat on the counter for ten minutes. Ignorance is bliss. To management this should never happen. Staff played around with each other but no one said could I help you.

Can't complain about anything. Don't get traditional wings and things, get the boneless kind. You get more meat that way. Boneless is also cheaper, the large combo going for about 12 bucks I think with a large drink.Here's a secret: extra seasoning is *free*. They either just slap it on the fries themselves or give you a cup full. It doesn't cost a cent. The grim day they start charging for it though, is the day I stop getting it.Vegetarian options: They have salads and you can remove anything you don't like before they make them.Parking: They have a large parking lot, and you can usually find a spot near the front even near noon.Wheelchair accessibility: I think I saw a ramp somewhere.

This place picked it up since they remodeled. Things were looking rough there for a while but post remodel, much improved. Keep it up. This particular day I was door dashing and they have been on time and ready for the dashers!

We visited this location today for an order, that included a Cobb salad grilled. It even says so on the receipt. The salad we received had no chicken in it whatsoever. The main ingredient in a Zaxby's salad. Highly disappointed, but not shocked. We always have something wrong with our orders here in the past, but we thought we would try again since it has been recently remodeled.
