First, I ordered online, not realizing it meant I had to go inside. Secondly, I am highly allergic to onions and thus ordered without them. I got home, opened my gyro and then threw it in the trash. Since onions touched it, I cannot eat it. Crappy service, in my opinion.

What happened Arby's? This is terrible. What happened to "we have the meats"?? More like the lack thereof. How long do leave the fries under the heat lamp. These tasted as if all day. Not to mention the break a tooth texture.

Just got home from eating at Arby's. Wow! Super friendly staff and very fast service. By the time my wife and I got our drinks poured, our order was ready.Store was immaculately clean including the bathroom. Cleanest restaurant I've seen in a long time.

Terrible experience, bad service and disrespectful female teenager working the drive through. Did not have the decency to tell us they were out of aujus sauce when we ordered the French Dip and was rude when we came in and asked for some. Very disappointed.
