I downloaded the app for the convenience of ordering and then picking up my order through the drive-thru window. Only to be told it is against their policy. In the future I must come inside. So what is the point of ordering ahead?

Just got home from eating at Arby's. Wow! Super friendly staff and very fast service. By the time my wife and I got our drinks poured, our order was ready.Store was immaculately clean including the bathroom. Cleanest restaurant I've seen in a long time.

I’m updating my review - this used to be the highest quality fast food in Arab. Now it’s one of the worst. Who wants to get pulled up at the drive through and wait for the food just to be cold? The staff is rude now too. They must have had a change in management. When we called, the manager was friendly and offered to remake the order, but this has happened far too many times at this point.
