This is by far one of the friendliest Jack’s I have seen in some time! I have worked at Jack’s so that’s saying something. The whole team went above and beyond and I’m a needed person. Lol. I've lived in the Arab area for 20 years, Jack's was one of my favorite stops for fast food in Arab but in the last year or two both the food quality and the service has gone way down hill. Like on my most recent visit, the great thing about Jack's was you could a breakfast sandwich pretty much anytime of day...however today I was told by two young employees that they aren't serving breakfast, another employee overheard that and came over to state that yes, I can place my order but it would be a 5-10 minute wait which i don't mind. Then I was told by the two young employees working the register that the reason they tell people they can't order breakfast after 11am is because the cooks in the back don't like that,really Jack's in Arab? Is this how you train your employees, either y'all need to train new hires to do the job right or hire people who can. And I'm not even going to rant about the food from sour sweet tea to dried out chicken.
