Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

What's the point of being a chicken restaurant when you cant even remember to include the dipping sauces with your chicken.. completely unacceptable especially when someone pays for extra!!! Learn to read or pay attention to what youre doing!!! Just because the other restaurants in Arab suck doesn't mean you have to too!!

Always get told they're out of tea at night (aka dumped it and won't make more until the morning) and specifically asked and paid for extra sauces and there wasn't ANY in our bag for the food. Constantly a thing now..

Drive-Thru was a little slow but other than that it's a typical Zaxby's glad to see they brought back the birthday cake shake though.

Got a 4 piece meal there yesterday. The slaw was ruined. No way someone could not smell that when they put it in my to go order. Would have made someone sick if they had eaten it. Very disappointed

I was completely rushed through my order, cut off, interrupted and then sent to the window. The staff was very rude short and just distasteful I don’t eat out often so I’m not familiar with the menus so yes, I need a little bit longer to look at it and figure out what I want to eat but no rushed and just shoved out so they could meet their drive time.

Was the first time eating at Zaxby's, ordered 3 meals for dinner, paid, $33 for 4 piece chicken meal, Wing meal, southern fried shrimp meal. Chicken fingers were small, got a few fries, shrimp was cooked so hard you couldn't eat them, the wings were small. I don't mind paying for food but it needs to be edible and enough to fill you up. The whole reason we eat out is so I don't have to cook. After those meals I still had to cook.

The food tasted ok, but there were only 3 small tenders in my 4 piece meal. They were pretty busy (some guy came in with a huge to-go order right before me), so it was probably just a fluke. I'll go back one day, but I'll check before I leave if it's a to-go order. 😂😂

In the last few months I have eaten at the Arab zaxbys multiple times. I have had 3 or 4 times that I had a curbside order that I sat and waited on that was never brought out to me. After waiting I would go inside and find the order sitting in the mobile pick up. Tonight it happened again. When I went in the young lady I spoke to was wearing a name badge that said assistant manager. When I told her what happened and that it has happened multiple times all I got was excuses. (The tablet isn't working right being the one she said multiple times) the tag on the bag clearly reads curbside there is no excuse for not reading that. When I had my order and was leaving the assistant manager said to avoid this in the future call the store if you have to wait too long. The point of telling you I arrive in the app/email is so you know to bring it out. I do curbside so I don't have to call the store or go in.

Zaxby's in Arab has really great food in a nice, clean, casual restaurant. We all ordered salads and they were delicious and the portions are generous. There was a lot of chicken on the salads, too. They have a good assortment of chicken dishes, but a vegetarian could very easily ask for the chicken to be omitted for a filling salad.
