Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Quite possibly the most friendly fast food encounter I have ever had. Thank you Grayson for being such a light and giving us some good laughs. My teenage boys were talking about how fun you must be to work with and how much positivity you had. They said they wished everyone had that kind of joy and friendliness. I hate we were just passing through or we would be back often 🫶

Our visit this time 5 but giving a 3 because last time we left without even ordering...they were doing some fundraiser, not in mood for bunch teenagers acting like they're at a slumber party. We weren't the ones who decided to pass. But if they make for profits this way then fro routine business or consider a few lost customers worth whatever cause, a business is has to do what it takes to survive these days.

The soda pops in the dining area are not mixed correctly. The Coke tasted like diet coke. Had to send someone back inside 3 times to get a decent drink, but atvleast they were nice about it.

Got Zaxbys tonight from the Arab location and was highly disappointed. I ordered a boneless chicken meal for my boyfriend in the tongue tourch sauce with extra wings. Well when they handed me the bag the extra wings were placed on there side and sauce went all over my wings and things meal. When I got to the window I was waiting for my card and drink to be handed to me but the girls working the drive through wanted to mess around with each other instead of laying attention to their customers. I can not have spicy food and I know they are in separate containers so I dont mind but I had the tongue touch sauce in my food. When my boyfriend ate his wings they were basically unsauced wings because the sauce went all over the bag. I understand that you all were extremely busy and trying to get everyone their good but to mess around in the drive through is highly inappropriate and unprofessional

When I called back later to try to locate my missing debit card, (I don't clearly remember if I lost it or they failed to return it after I paid)
The person on the other end of the phone said it was there and offered to meet me at the store outside of business hours to return the card!!

Every time I go to Zaxbys I get cold fries after asking for fresh fries and the chicken has been cooked earlier , today I ask for fresh cooked fries and as usual I got cold fries they weren’t even crispy fries the were limp .

I ordered online and waited on my food. No one brought it out. Once I went in, I could see it on counter. I asked for fresh food. The Mgr acted bothered but replaced it. Probably my last time at Arab store.

I ordered a complicated order for 4 adults on the app tonight. As you can assume, it has many different sauces plus more I added. They got the entire order right and on time. The food was fresh and delicious. Great job you guys! I'll be back.

Was there 12/12/25 PM. This place is dire need of adult management. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It was rubbery I could not eat it. They gave me a fried chicken sandwich. The bun was so greasy I had to take the chicken out and thrown bun away. I told them the ice maker was pouring water in the floor. They did nothing.
The tea cannister was empty.
Some of your higher up district managers should be forced to eat there every day. Chick fe la is only place that knows how to run a chicken place.

I ordered Asian Zensation salad with Asian slaw and the slaw taste like sauerkraut. The cabbage were soggy, the lettuce became soggy and slimy. I think the slaw is expired.
