We love this place, fresh sushi.
Friendly staff, appeared to have plenty of seating including groups up to about ten. I had shrimp fried rice and two different sushi rolls with hot sake. All good and I'd go there again; about a 20 mile drive from Huntsville to Arab.
Always good when we come

Mt Fuji Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem in a small town, offering excellent food and friendly service. The staff goes above and beyond, even providing car-side service for handicapped customers. The parking is convenient, located in a strip mall near Walmart. The restaurant has received praise for its clean environment and welcoming atmosphere. While the service may lack enthusiasm at times, the quick delivery of delicious food makes up for it. Customers have enjoyed meals like tempura shrimp and veggies, as well as sushi, all at fair prices. The dining experience is perfect for a fast and satisfying meal in Arab, AL, and many guests highly recommend it for a great meal. Some reviews suggest allowing more natural light into the dining area, but overall, the experience is positive, making it a place worth returning to.
