Had a terrible experience at this location last night (4/14/22) with the girl that was working around 8:30 pm. When we walked in the door she came from the back asking if we were there for a pickup order and when we told her no she started with the worst attitude. It was the biggest inconvenience for her that we were there to make her do her job. Was slamming our bread down, slamming oven doors, slamming the knives. Giving this subway a 3 out of 5 simply because of the employees attitude. My family and I went in tonight 6-24-19 at around 6pm. The employee CLEARLY did not want to be there or so it seemed to us. To the point I think if she had of smiled her face would of fallen off. She was very cert with her response to a question. And when I requested sourdough bread you would of thought I asked for the moon... "We ain't got sourdough bread". I think we will give this location a 2nd chance...read full review

I'm glad we have a Subway here in Ashford but some of the sandwich makers are so slow. And I don't think they bake their bread daily like Subway always boast about. It never smells like fresh baked bread & sometimes the bread is actually stale tasting.
