Customer Service from the employees is great. Owner is cheap and doesn't accept coupons. Probably because they are too incompetent or lazy in order to send in the coupon for reimbursement.

It was a lady mopping the floor telling lies that the boy didn't see us after I went back in to comfort them when I told her yes he did she said she didn't know. This need a 0

Had a terrible experience at this location last night (4/14/22) with the girl that was working around 8:30 pm. When we walked in the door she came from the back asking if we were there for a pickup order and when we told her no she started with the worst attitude. It was the biggest inconvenience for her that we were there to make her do her job. Was slamming our bread down, slamming oven doors, slamming the knives. After putting the meat on the first 2 sandwiches she just stood there and stared at me. I said "I'm not sure what information you're wanting from me next" because she didnt ask anything. She said "what meat you want on these 2. What cheese you want on the first 2." Like I was supposed to know. Why dont you ask, lady? And even when I did tell her what she needed to know, she wasnt listening and was doing the wrong thing. It was just terrible. The guy working was in the back the whole time and only came out to ring us up. I don't know what they have going on in the back that they just don't want to be pulled away from, but I'm sure I could guess.

Ordered online today for the first time and ask for meat cheese and tomato only and they put peppers and onions extremely nasty store and owner is so rude and treats his employees like dogs

If you want food poisoning definitely go here. The guy that works there got mad because he messed up my mobile order and I asked if they could fix it because due to being pregnant the meat needs to be cook (toasted) and it was the 4th time that they messed it up. I called and he said they’d remake it to bring it back and so I did and he was very rude and unprofessional. He got mad and put the sandwiches back in toaster (didn’t make new one) with everything on it including Mayo and then proceeded to heat it up 3 times (burning the sandwich at this point) . Only thing he did after was give us a couple of cookies “for the troubles” (believe his coworker told him to). I’m now sick and have food poisoning due to his carelessness. Definitely don’t recommend going atleast don’t let him make ur food.

Pulled up and you can tell the guy was very irritated that we pulled up. He threw his hands up where it could clearly be seen through the window. Walked in and he didn’t say a word at all. Never been to this one and never will come back. He was ready for me to order and you could tell he was irritated that I wasn’t ordering fast enough so I actually didn’t order anything, walked out and went across the street to get Chinese where the customer service was 10 times better. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never go to this one. Y’all definitely need better workers
