I am appalled at the customer service I was given at this Bojangles in Athens, Alabama! My food was missing off the order & drink order was incorrect. I called & spoke to a very IGNORANT & RUDE woman who didn’t TRY WHATSOEVER TO FIX THE PROBLEM, instead she stated “she can’t make that miracle happen” when I told her my address that it was delivered too & said the only thing she could offer me was to “drop it off herself when she got off work TONIGHT”.
