This food truck pops up regularly at Big Spring Park and it's pretty good. We just had the privilege of getting hot cocoa from them for the walk around tinsel trail on Christmas Eve and it was lovely! I've always seen them, but this was my first time visiting and I really enjoyed it!

They said open from 6 to 4 I got here at 11:30 then I called They said there at lunch and be back at 2 it's now 2:30 still closed so I didn't get to try any and I will never drive 1 hour one way to get any.

I've had the beignets when you were in Huntsville by Trader Joe's. Delicous. Told my in-laws about them and they drove to Scottsboro where your website said you would be (and I called before we left Huntsville to meet up with them and it was confirmed you would be there.) Only to be disappointed because your truck never served beignets. A young man and young woman were sitting there, but were very rude stating they wouldn't be serving until 4 pm in spite of what your website said. Said we must have gotten the wrong number or spoken to the wrong people when we called. Sad. Your food is good, when you can get it. But the inconsistencies and poor customer service is losing you customers.

Beignets = 5 stars, customer service = 0! I had been waiting for so long to try this food truck's beignets, but every event that they attended, I was working. I was at the amphitheater with my daughter for the Halloween event, and as I was standing in the line waiting on the haunted house I spotted the truck. I was sooooo excited...until I actually got to the truck to order ? I wasn't greeted by the guy..he just looked at me like I was disturbing him ? then the lady didn't say a word either. She just threw my beignets on the counter. I'm big on customer service. Treat the people who are shopping with you with a bit of respect instead of acting like we're disturbing you. I won't be spending my money with this truck any more, no matter how good the beignets are. Customer service is very important to me. If you're so unhappy with your job, why do it!?!

Beignets are made FRESHHH!!! I got the original, which was just powdered sugar sprinkled on top. they had other flavors like lemon, chocolate, and cinnamon. They are made Louisiana style. Overall I thought they were good, flavorful, we're made fresh, and had just right amount of sugar.

I thought it would take awhile because we had 3 orders, but we were in and out! They all came out hot and we loved all the flavors. The man was really nice and sweet and it wasn’t overpriced at all! Definitely will be coming here again!

Always look forward to the Happi Pappi Beignet food truck at First Friday's!My daughter is obsessed with Tiana from "The Princess & a Frog" and has been wanting to try a beignet. She was so excited to finally try one from Happi Pappi's and was not disappointed. We just got the original, but next time, I definitely want to try the lemon flavor ones. The staff was friendly and good was hot and fresh.

Nice guy, pretty good pastries. The dough was fried nicely. Edges were a little crispy like we enjoy, the powdered sugar and cinnamon were the best. The chocolate was alright. Wife and I weren't fans of the lemon. Next time a 3-count of cinnamon or powdered sugar is what we'll do.

First ever beignet was disappointing. It was edible and they had oatmilk for their hot chocolate. It was technically a beignet I guess. 2 stars for quality and price.

This food truck was slinging beignets at the Mardi Gras event in MidCity Huntsville. While it's no Cafe du Monde, we enjoyed the order of beignets we got!I'm not sure if they do anything other than beignets. For this event, they were offering beignets (in sets of 3 or 6) as well as hot chocolate and coffee. You could get different flavors of powdered sugar on your beignets, which was unique -- I think they had chocolate, cinnamon, and lemon flavors. We stuck with regular powdered sugar, though. These beignets are a little longer and denser than the ones I've had in NOLA. They had a nice, faintly lemony taste, as well as some pleasant almond extract flavors. The service was friendly and the beignets came out fast for everyone, despite the crazy lines.Overall, a fun food truck concept and a good place to grab a treat if you see it out and about.

Might be the slowest food truck I've ever visited. Particularly considering they only have one menu item.

Stopped by in Clifts.Cove this morning. They were shutting down, but gave me what they had. They were awesome.....and so was the food.
