Who knew a restaurant of this quality could be found in Athens! When we lived there almost 60 years ago, there wasn't even a pizza place. We visited Athens this past weeks, came across this restaurant and loved it!
The food and service are amazing! However, I detracted a star for the gang of flies that shows up if you decide to sit outside and enjoy your food. I realize there probably isn't much that can be done about that, but it really ruined the atmosphere for us. However, if you choose to dine inside, the atmosphere is absolutely 5 stars as well! Can't go wrong with Lucia's!

I went in on a very busy day, still, service was awesome and food was prepared just right, he waitress was very nice and attentive, we were amazed... we will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: I love all the vegetarian options.
