Krystal is a restaurant known for its great service and friendly staff. However, there are a few issues that need attention. The road in front of the drive-thru has numerous holes that can damage cars, and the interior of the restaurant is run down, with old ceiling tiles, broken formica, and damaged tables and chairs. There is also a leak in the lobby, and the bathroom, while clean, has a compromised wall due to water damage. Despite these issues, the food is reported to be hot and fresh. The reviewer had a negative experience with a drive-thru employee's attitude, but overall, the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant's maintenance and upkeep seem to be lacking, and it is in need of remodeling or replacement.
