The last three times I visited this location either my order was wrong or it was not ready on time. Today my pizza was not even in the oven 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund and they offered me rewards points and said i couldnt get a refund. I had to get out of the drive thru and go inside where there was another lady who's order was due and they told her there were still three orders ahead of hers before they...

Patty, is a wonderful server and handles stressful situations with grace. I was doordashing one day and their system was experiencing problems. It took over an hour to get my customer's order but she gave me constant updates, a wonderful conversation and a drink for my wait. 5 star service.
