Patty, is a wonderful server and handles stressful situations with grace. I was doordashing one day and their system was experiencing problems. It took over an hour to get my customer's order but she gave me constant updates, a wonderful conversation and a drink for my wait. 5 star service.

Service is seriously lacking. I ordered to pick up at the window and no one came to the window for about 10 minutes, nor did anyone answer the call. The car that was in front of me just left the window after sitting there for more almost 10 minutes. Then my order was incorrect, even though the receipt on the box had the correct order.Update: I went again over the weekend and service was MUCH better. The person who greeted me at the window was super sweet and she opened the window...
