Ordered 2 drinks during bogo, was charged full price and the drinks werent made right, our drinks are dark almost like the chips in the drink, today they are as light tan as my skin.
I placed an online order the other day before heading into work and was pretty late getting there to pick it up. I didn’t see my order, but I asked the cashier at the front and they immediately began working on my order. Even though they were covered up, they were super professional and helpful. Shout out to the manager who was an absolute rockstar when it came to handling the unruly, ignorant grandmother that came in to cause a scene over some whipped cream. Y’all keep up...read full review

This location is the oldest one in Athens. It's the OG store. This location was set up to run like Starbucks in the 1990's NOT set up to run like most Starbucks are today. The addition of Delivery services, Mobile orders & short staffing have lead to various issues the staff CAN NOT CONTROL... a little grace would be kind to those that do show up for their jobs.
