The staff went above and beyond, remaking drinks so they wouldn't be watered down and giving a Starbucks gift card for a delivery issue that was not their fault, restoring faith in real customer service. Customers bring their pups through the drive-thru, and the dogs get excited to see the people at the window and get their pup cups.
