We first went to Waffle House on 72. 1st issue we weren't greeted when we arrived. They only had 3 staff 2 men and a woman. So we weren't bothered by it. We waited for 3 tables that needed busted. Before we could be seated. The left side of the room wasn't being waited on. The right side was being waited on by a woman. We waited for a table the male waitress finally cleaned one of the tables. We set for 10 minutes waiting patinetly with no acknowledgement, or drinks...
Just like most waffle houses pretty dern good food people were great course I ordered online so u didn’t have to deal with it anyone but the cashier but everybody I seen was friendly as heck couldn’t ask for a better experience
Such a great management team realized that we had been waiting a bit longer than expected and handled it with such kindness. Apologizing where it wasn't needed and giving a good discount to make up for the lost time. The team at this location really pulls together even when they are slammed, very impressive. Our breakfast was delicious and my family left full and in great spirits!
