I love me a good, local diner, and Washington Street certainly delivers. Amazing eggs and biscuits, lovely wait staff, and pretty good prices. It’s nothing revolutionary, but it doesn’t need to be. Definite recommend for those who happen to find themselves downtown.

First time here. So, breakfast was GOOD! Pancakes three eggs and sausage patties, standard breakfast! Nothing fancy or pretentious!!! The reason I gave 3 stars for food was 1 ordered the full ham steak with French toast and 2 over easy eggs the ham steak was dry and so salty and so small i was hoping for a walmart type of hamsteak! the French toast was just 2 slices of bread with over the top ground cinnamon, and they forgot my eggs. But ohhh boy that coffee hands down the best I've had heck it's better than waffle house coffee

The food was excellent - the Western Omelette was well-made. Our waitresses were friendly and efficient. The prices were reasonable and the meal was filling. You can hear the trains from inside, but would still definitely come again!Parking: I think I got the last available parking spot in front of the diner; however, there may be other nearby places to park.

Fantastic service. I don't think I've ever had my order taken so fast and then my food come out so fast. Reasonably priced and the food was amazing. The pancakes were large, fluffy, and crispy. The sausage was thick and well cooked. Biscuits looked super fluffy.
