So I order the stuff crust from the windows haven't had a pizza and a while and it was a flop stuff crust yes the lady who said she did didn't make it I should of gave her a chance to make it right but after waiting so Long and paying so much my money don't grow on trees and a treat to Oneself should be valued over quickness and profit and sometime saying here's your money back or half or something and let me make it right because nothing free and we are worth it because every dollar worth it that's why I cook at home so when I go out someone will make my cents count because it's eared not given too me not picked from some tree every dollar got to count so I missed a treat Crazy Hua money back did not meet that craving of looking forward to a good pizza pie times are to hard well that's my truth Big back got the best of me once 350 now 236 Crazy Crazy Crazy who wants a soggy grease pizza that you can't even pick up Lol Guess Jersey spoiled me BUCS 4Life

Older lady is lacking in people skills and comprehension. Bad experience... not once but both times with her. Clueless, argumentative, slow, and can't explain prices or make a pizza. The man manager is the only one who can make a decent pizza.

I had the drive thru and I needed a speciality order . They ask me to pull around and park they brought my order out to me in just a few minutes. Great experience!
Had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged and served at the counter. They seemed to be busy and short handed. I picked up a hot and ready to go. The pizza was good overall. They needed to have popped the dough bubble on the one side when it was in the over. This left one side without much for toppings and was a little doughy, and the other side, the topping had pushed over the side. The presentation was bad, but again, the pizza was good.

I've heard so much about the new puff bites from various reviewers that I decided to stop by and try them for myself. I can honestly say that I was thoroughly disgusted. It's not because of the food....I never had the opportunity to try them. My disgust came from the service....or lack thereof. I entered the lobby and stood for over 5 minutes without even a hello, welcome or we will be with you in a minute. There was only one car in the drive thru so it wasn't like there was a line of people waiting. I guess everyone was so involved in the making of 1 pizza and putting the garlic butter on the bread sticks that I was overlooked. I'm not a small man so I know I could be easily seen. In fact, one lady brought an order from the back to the drive thru window and did not even acknowledge me then. She stood by the window after the car left and I didn't see her walk back. I would think it would be wise to glance up front to see if anyone was in the lobby but apparently I alone in that assumption. After my over 5 minutes of being overlooked, ignored, disregarded, I decided to leave. I have many people who read my reviews...maybe my patronage is not important to the Little Caesars on Main Street in Atmore, Alabama but there are those who will read this and consider taking their business elsewhere...Papa John's, Grizzly, Rocky's, Pizza Hut and Spudds are all good options. At least they acknowledge your presence. I guess I'll drive to Bay Minette, Brewton or wherever else there is a Little Caesars....Atmore is disqualified. Trust me ...THE MAESTRO KNOWS ?
