This was a really bad experience. The ice was contaminated so drinks tasted like dirt. The kitchen staff stepped out and mean mugged our table for saying something. (We were not upset or rowdy. We were kind) Right after several more patrons requested their drinks be taken because they also could taste the contaminant We were finally offered twist top drink options. After over a hour of waiting we finally had to leave. We paid for the drinks and the appetizer. Went to a restaurant down the street and got better service and two entire meals for less than what we had to pay here for the twist top drink and crab patties. The waitress was nice. We won’t be back and we shared it with our motorcycle group so its not a future destination. We didn’t ask to speak with the manager 🤣.

Waited over a hour and never got our food drinks tasted like peanuts (water and pepsi) finally got up paid for appetizers and left !!! I will never go back!!!

I was going to leave a review but that are turned off! We were excited to try the crawfish and boiled shrimp. Called and placed a pickup order, was told 20 minutes. We arrived at the drive thru about 25 minutes after placing the order. There were 11 cars in drive thru. No big deal we can wait. One tricked pulled up to the window and sat there for 20 minutes!!!!! Line never moved. A few cars left we continued to sit there another 10 minutes. Line didn’t move. So I get out of line, thinking go inside and pick it up. I was told sorry all to go orders have to be picked up thru the drive thru… ridiculous! One we’ve already waiting 45 minutes, food probably cold … yall need to do better with your drive thru. (Call Davids catfish yo and ask them how they run there. We order from them several times a week) or make it so you can pickup your HOT food from inside.

This was our first time eating here. Extremely clean and welcoming atmosphere! The food was absolutely delicious- highly recommend the boudin egg rolls! Hannah, our server, was also great! Will definitely be back!!

UPDATE : THE OWNER OF Cajun Boiling Spot has reached out to me and advised that , " The response that I received was not from her but one of her employees." We have spoken and she has offered a replacement or full refund.
On 02/09/2025 I picked up crawfish that I had preordered from the Cajun Boiling Spot. I have always visited this restaurant since they opened. I have referred people and have usually enjoyed their food. However the crawfish that I received on 02/09 were old and mushy . I reached out to the restaurant and advised them that the crawfish tasted old and were not fresh and were mushy. I was blatantly advised that " other people liked them " . So basically they were saying OH WELL. They did not try to rectify the issue and made sure that I knew they could care less . I don't have $40 to just give away and not receive what I paid for . Please do not patronize this restaurant . Awful customer service and even worse crawfish .

My wife and I go through the drive-thru at The Cajun Boiling Spot every time we're passing through Atmore. The food has always been good and the workers have been very courteous and kind. We always look forward to it.
The food and service has always been great. Can’t wait to go back for some crawfish.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was exactly what I wanted and needed. Was pleasantly surprised by the Cajun fries. I was there for the crawfish yet the boom boom tacos looked amazing and are next on my list.
