“3 times now I've been to KFC in Attalla Al. while in the drive thru, I've witnessed the most kind hearted actions from the managers and the staff without them even noticing, I was paying attention to the way they were speaking so nicely to others, the food was even better after I witnessed such a sweetness to the community. “I have always loved their chicken. But tonight I tried the chicken sandwich. It was AWFUL. Had some pink sauce on it, which sucked. But the chicken itself had way too much breading, so it was extra greasy. And it cost $3.99. Fail! I also noticed a significant price increase from my last visit. 4 piece combo now $9.19.“

“biscuits aren't any good, the chicken is over cooked, smells from the exhaust fan on roof stink up the parking lot. after this review the owner reached out to me . he asked questions, and genuinely cares about what people think. he let me know they have other specialty items on the menu. we tried there street tacos, they were delicious. my mind and opinion of this place are forever changed. if you have a chance you should give them a chance for your business“

“Absolutely delicious! Great service, very friendly and quick. The place is clean, and the food is awesome! I'm always cooking at home and since moving to the states have really wanted a place like this, simple, easy and delicious. I had the lemon basil chicken salad and the poblano chicken soup. My husband had the cranberry chicken salad. Both on croissants. We loved both but the lemon basil won. The soup was very good. And the cake- very impressive. The staff made it even better!“

“Went during lunch. The parking lot was completely full and the drive thru line reached out of the lot. Their drive thru usually moves pretty quickly but I went inside and ordered. Only one customer in front of me and another cashier quickly called me over the the other register. Crew was friendly and food was fresh and delicious.“

“This parking lot is atrocious. You need to warn people with low profile cars not to pull into your driveway but to park next door at Wendy's and walk because you will be sitting in a pothole or in a puddle of water. This parking lot is like an obstacle course. Ridiculous!“
